美军机连续抵近广东侦察非仅作秀 有极重要军事目的

美军连续3天派军机抵近大陆南方广东省进行侦察,引起大陆解放军高度警戒,有些分析认为这是美军执行其南海航行自由政策的政治作秀,但大陆军事专家表示,美军的动作不仅有政治意义,更重要的是这次连续派遣电子侦察机抵近广东,有着极为重要的军事目的:获取大陆军方电磁频谱信号。

据媒体报导,美军近期连续3日的美军机抵近侦察包括:7月6日一架RC-135侦察机经巴士海峡进入南海,抵近至广东外海约111公里处进行侦察;7月7日与8日则连续以EP-3E电子侦察机抵近广东外海,最接近的一次约在距广东95.7公里处进行侦察。大陆方面紧盯美军动态,北京大学海洋研究院设立的「南海战略态势感知计画」亦发布的EP-3E电子侦察机8日在南海至广东外海的飞行路线。

EP-3E和RC-135可以对电磁频谱信号进行抓取,然后再对大量信号里包含的资讯进行分析和比对,试图瞭解解放武器装备和大陆军事动态的相关现状。

以前沿部署的美军RC-135系列侦察机为例,按任务载荷大致可分为三类:一类为通信信号侦察系统,可侦察到音讯、电传、电报等信号。据称在1万米高度可侦测到600至800公里外的电台。此外,还可以收集、处理和分析导弹制导的电波频率及相关资讯。

第二类载荷是针对雷达信号的侦察系统,可收集预警、制导和引导雷达的频率等技术参数,并对其进行定位,世界上各种雷达参数都在其测量范围内,而且测量精度相当高。这些收集到的资料可用于建立敌方防空系统资料库,战时可根据这些资料研究干扰、防空压制方案。

第三类载荷主要是红外探测系统,可在360公里内分辨出3.7米长的物体,主要用于探测弹道导弹的发射。
