若梁灏，八十二。对大廷（在金殿上对皇帝提出的问题对答如流），魁多士。
彼既成，衆称异。尔小生，宜立志（谐音：之）。
莹八岁（北齐有个名叫祖莹的人），能咏诗。泌七岁，能赋碁。
彼颖悟，人称奇。尔幼学，当效之。
（东汉有个名叫）蔡文姬（的），能辨琴（之好坏）。（晋朝著名的【又音：帝】才女）谢道韫，能咏吟。
彼女子，且聪敏。尔男子，当自警。
唐刘晏，方七岁。举神童，作正（含：上）字。
彼虽幼，身己仕。尔幼学，勉而致。有为者，亦若是。

72 Then when already past the age,
he deeply regretted his delay(one time setback).
You little (young fellows)boys
(extraordinarily) should (just) take thought betimes.
(接上) 73 Then(Next) there were Liang Hao,
who (being) at the age of eighty-two,
made his replies in the great(big) hall,
and came out first among many scholars (in front of examinationer).
74 When thus late he had succeeded(just made it),
all men (asserted exactly)pronounced him a prodigy.
You little boys
should make up your minds (greatly) to work.
75Ying, (being exactly) at eight years of age,
could (enjoy already to compose poetries)compose poetry.
(Next) Bi, at seven years of age,
could make (briefly) an epigram on wei-qi (by himself).
76 These youths(And these boys) were (cracking exceptionally of comprehension)quick of apprehension,
and people(just) declared them to be prodigies.
You young(extremely tiny) learners
ought to imitate(begin imitating) them (anyway).
77Cai Wen-ji (of Han Dynasty),
was able to (distinguish)judge from the sound of a psaltery.
Xie Dao-yun,
was (jolly) able to compose verses.
78They were only girls(exactly girls barely),
(however)yet they were quick and clever (beginners).
You (big) boys
(is in need of bringing your own attention)ought to rouse yourselves.
79 (Next) Liu Yan of the (majestic Tang imperial reigns)Tang dynasty,
when only seven years (approximately) of age,
was (being) ranked (highly) as an "inspired child,"
and was (being) appointed a Corrector of Texts.
80 He, (a child although)although a child,
was already (just among the staffs)in an official post.
You (exceptionally) young learners(beginners greatly)
strive (indeed) to bring about a like result.
Those who work (hard exactly)
will also succeed (just as same) as he did.
