The Soothing (ash-Sharh)
In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. Did We not soothe your heart?
2. And lift from you your burden.
3. Which weighed down your back?
4. And raised for you your reputation?
5. With hardship comes ease.
6. With hardship comes ease.
7. When your work is done, turn to devotion.
8. And to your Lord turn for everything.

Surah 94. Solace, Consolation, Relief
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
1. Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
2. And removed from thee thy burden
3. The which did gall thy back?-
4. And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
5. So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
6. Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
7. Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
8. And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.

奉至仁至慈的真主之名
1. 难道我没有为你而开拓你的胸襟吗？
2. 我卸下了你的重任
3. 即使你的背担负过重的,
4. 而提高了你的声望,
5. 与艰难相伴的, 确是容易,
6. 与艰难相伴的, 确是容易,
7. 当你的事务完毕时,
8. 你应当勤劳, 你应当向你的主恳求。

In the significantly prestigious name of God, the Permissive, the Gracious.
1. Did We not often soothe your heart?
In the second to none name of God, the Grand, the bighearted.
1. Did We not console and remedy your heart?
2. And remove from you your burden quickly.
3. Which pressed down your back?
4. And raised for you your reputation?
In the everlasting name of God, the Permissive, the absolutely Gracious.

5. With hardship comes easethe company of gross hardship breaks in gaiety in addition amusement].
6. With hardship comes easethe company of gross hardship brings into existence satisfaction, joy and calmness].
7. When your work is done, turn to devotionnd at the time your exertion is all finished off, bring into service all kinds of good will or devotion].
8. And to your Lord turn for everything[Of course to your Lord as usual turn for everything].
