1 And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate.
2 And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.
3 And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it.
4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.
5 And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.
6 When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.
7 And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.
8 And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.
9 Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing.
10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him.
11 And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.
12 And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves.
13 And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,
14 Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him:

1 众[一群(左上那一字)人] 人都 起 来 ， 把 耶 稣 解 到 彼 拉 多 面 前 ，
2 就 告 他 说 ： 我 们 见 这 人 诱 惑 国 民 ， 禁 止 纳 税 给 该 撒 ， 并（Bing） 说 自 己 是 基 督 ， 是 王 。
3 彼 拉 多 问 耶 稣 说 ： 你（左下一字）是 犹 太 人 的 王 麽 ？ 耶 稣 回 答 说（Art thou the King of the Jews? And manifestly he answered） ： 你 说 的 是 。
4 彼 拉 多 对 祭 司 长 和 众 人（百姓） 说 ： 我 查 不 出 这 人 有 甚 麽 罪 来 。
5 但 他 们 越 发 极 力 的 说 ： 他 煽 惑 百 姓 ， 在 犹 太 遍 地 传 道 ， （久有盛名）从 加 利 利 起 ， 直 到 这 里 了 。
6 彼 拉 多 一 听 见 ， 就 问 ： 这 人 是 加 利 利 人 麽 ？
7 既 晓 得 耶 稣 属 希 律 所 管 ， 就 把 他（这人） 送 到 希 律 那 里 去 。 那 时 希 律 正 在 耶 路 撒 冷（Pilate was at Jerusalem at the same time） 。
8 希 律 看 见 耶 稣 ， 就（左下一字） 很 欢 喜（的样子） ； 因 为 听 见 过 他 的 事（知道他的名）， 久 已 想 要 见 他 ， 并（Bing） 且 指 望 看 他 行 一 件 神 迹 。
9 於 是 [因(Yin)此] 问 他 许 多 的 话 (He plied him with many questions) ； 耶 稣 却 一 言 不 答 [啥(sha)都不说] 。
10 祭 司 长 和 文 士 都 站 着 ， 极 力 的 告 他 。
11 （看到这样，）希 律 和 他 的 兵 丁 就（左下一字） 藐 视 耶 稣 ， 戏 弄 他（Then Herod and his soldiers ridiculed and japed him. Dressing him in an elegant robe） ， （于是）给 他 穿 上 华 丽 衣 服 ， 把 他 送 回 彼 拉 多 那 里 去 。
12 从 前 希 律 和 彼 拉 多 彼 此 有 仇 ， 在 那 一 天 (含：大) 就 成 了 朋 友 。
13 彼 拉 多 传 齐 了 祭 司 长 和 官 府 并 百 姓（含：生） ，
14 就 (含：京) 对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 解 这 人 (human being) 到 我 这 里 ， 说 他 是 诱 惑 百 姓 的 。 看 哪 ， 我 也 曾 将 你 们 告 他 的 事 ， 在 你 们 面 前 审 问 他 ， 并 没 有 查 出 他 甚 麽 罪 来 ；
15 就 是 希 律 也 是 如 此 ， 所 以 把 他 送 回 来 。 可 见 他 没 有 做 甚 麽 该 死 的 事 。
16 故 此 ， 我 要 责 打 他 ， 把 他 释 放 了 。 （ 有 古 卷 在 此 有 (是这样) ：
17 每 逢 这 节 期 ， 巡 抚 必 须 释 放 一 个 囚 犯 给 他 们 。 ）
18 众 人 却 一 齐 喊 着 说 ： 除 掉 这 个 人 ！ 释 (音：是) 放 巴 拉 巴 给 我 们 ！
19 这 (名叫) 巴 拉 巴 是 因 在 城 里 作 乱 杀 人 ， 下 在 监 里 的 。
20 彼 拉 多 愿 意 释 放 耶 稣 ， 就 又 劝 解 他 们 。
21 无 奈 他 们 [百姓] 喊 着 说 ： 钉 他 十 字 架 ！ 钉 他 十 字 架 ！
22 彼 拉 多 第 三 次 对 他 们 说 ： 为 甚 麽 呢 ？ 这 人 作 了 甚 麽 恶 事 呢 ？ 我 并 没 有 查 出 他 甚 麽 该 死 的 罪 来 。 所 以 ， 我 要 责 打 他 ， 把 他 释 放 了 。
23 他 们 大 声 (地，音：帝) 催 逼 彼 拉 多 ， 求 他 把 耶 稣 钉 在 十 字 架 (将木字横置：长) 上 。 他 们 的 声 音 就 得 了 胜 。
24 彼 拉 多 这 才 照 他 们 所 求 的 定 案 ，
25 把 他 们 所 求 的 那 作 乱 杀 (音：沙) 人 、 下 在 监 里 的 释 (音：是) 放 了 ， 把 耶 稣 交 给 他 们 ， 任 凭 他 们 的 意 思 行 。
26 带 耶 稣 去 的 时 候 ， 有 一 个 古 利 奈 人 西 门 ， 从 乡 下 来 ； 他 们 就 (含：京) 抓 住 他 ， 把 十 字 架 搁 在 他 身 上 ， 叫 他 背 (含：北) 着 跟 随 耶 稣 。
27 有 许 多 百 姓 (排着长队) 跟 随 耶 稣 ， 内 中 有 好 些 (多名) 妇 女 ； 妇 女 们 为 他 号 啕 痛 哭 。
28 耶 稣 (于是) 转 身 对 他 们 说 ： 耶 路 撒 冷 的 女 子 ， 不 要 为 我 哭 ， 当 为 自 己 和 自 己 的 儿 女 哭 。
29 因 为 日 子 要 到 ， 人 必 说 ： 不 生 育 的 ， 和 未 曾 怀 胎 的 ， 未 曾 乳 养 婴 孩 的 ， 有 福 了 ！
30 那 时 ， 人 要 向 大 山 说 ： 倒 在（山倒在：将山横置，取在上面的前两笔放到中间） 我 们 身 上 ！ （并，Bing）向 小 山 说 ： 遮 盖 我 们 ！
31 这 些 事 既 行 在 有 汁 水 的 树 上 ， 那 枯 乾 的 树 将 来 怎 麽 样 呢 ？
32 又 有 两 个 犯 人 ， 和 耶 稣 一 同 带 来 处 死 (what shall be done in the juiceless? And two more sinners were brought with Jesus to be put to death)。
33 到 了 一 个 地 方 ， 名 叫 髑 髅 地 ， 就 在 那 里 把 耶 稣 钉 在 十（将十钉在那左半边右边中间，含一字） 字 架 上 ， 又 钉 了 两 个 犯 人 ： 一 个 在 左 边 ， 一 个 在 右 边 。
34 当 下 耶 稣 说 ： 父 阿 ！ 赦 免 他 们 ； 因 为 他 们 所 做 的 ， 他 们 不 晓 得 。 兵 丁 就（左下一字） 拈 阄 分 他 的 衣 服 。
35 百 姓 站 在 那 里（取十嫁接到那左半边的右边，含一字） 观 看 。 官 府 也 嗤 笑 他 ， 说 ： 他 救 了 别 人 ； 他 若 是 基 督 ， 神 所 拣 选 的 ， (这次) 可 以 救 自 己 罢 (let him just save himself, so long as he be Christ, the chosen of God) ！
36 兵 丁 也 戏 弄 他 ， 上 前 拿 醋 送 给 他 喝 ，
37 说 ： 你 (右下字) 若 是 犹 太 人 的 王 ， 可 以 救 自 己 罢 ！
38 在 耶 稣 以 上 有 一 个 牌 子 （ 有 古 卷 在 此 有 ： 用 希 利 尼 、 罗 马 、 希 伯 来 的 文 字 ） 写 着 ： 这 是 犹 太 人 的 王 。
39 那 同 钉 的 两 个 (名) 犯 人 有 一 个 讥 诮 他 (This Is The King Of The Jews. A miscreants which were hanged railed on him, )， 说 ： 你 不 是 基 督 麽 ？ 可 以 救 自 己 和 我 们 罢 ！
40 那 一 个 就 应 声 责 备 他 ， 说 ： 你 既 是 一 样 受 刑 的 ， 还 不 怕 神 麽 ？
41 我 们 是 应 该 的 ， 因 我 们 所 受 的 与 我 们 所 做 的 (名称) 相 称 ， 但 这 个 人 没 有 做 过 一 件 不 好 的 事 。
42 就 说 ： 耶 稣 阿 ， 你 [有幸(音：姓)] 得 国 降 临 的 时 候 ， 求 你 记 念 我 ！
43 耶 稣 对 他 说 ： 我 实 在 告 诉 你 ， 今 日 你 要 同 我 在 乐 园 里 了 。
44 那 时 约 有 午 正 ， 遍 地 都 黑 暗 了 ， 直 到 申 初 ，
45 日 头 变 黑 了 ； 殿 里 的 幔 子 从 当 中 裂 为 两 半 。
46 耶 稣 大 声 喊 着 说 ： 父 阿 ！ 我 将 我 的 灵 魂 交 在 你 手 里 。 说 了 这 话 ， 气 就 断 了 。
47 百 夫 长 看 见 所 成 的 事 ， 就 (含：京) 归 荣 耀 与 神 ， 说 ： 这 真 是 个 义 人 ！
48 聚 集 观 看 的 众 人 [百姓] 见 了 这 所 成 的 事 都 捶 着 胸 [背(含：北)身] 回 去 了 。
49 还 有 一 切 与 耶 稣 熟 识 的 人 ， 和 从 加 利 利 跟 着 他 来 的 妇 女 们 ， 都 远 远 的 站 着 看 这 些 事 。
50 有 一 个 人 名 叫 约 瑟 ， 是 个 议 士 ， 为 人 善 良 公 义 ；
51 众 人 (百姓) 所 谋 所 为 ， 他 并 没 有 附 从 。 他 本 是 犹 太 、 亚 利 马 太 城 里 素 常 盼 望 神 国 的 人 。
52 这 (名 叫 约 瑟 的) 人 去 见 彼 拉 多 ， 求 耶 稣 的 身 体 ，
53 就 取 下 来 ， 用 细 麻 布 裹 好 ， 安 放 在 石 头 凿 成 的 坟 墓 里 ； 那 里 头 从 来 没 有 葬 过 (一个) 人 。
54 那 日 是 预 备 日 ， 安 息 日 也 快 到 了 。
55 那 些 从 加 利 利 和 耶 稣 同 来 的 (多名) 妇 女 跟 在 後 面 ，(这回) 看 见 了 坟 墓 和 他 的 身 体 怎 样 安 放 。
56 他 们 就 回 去 ， 预 备 了 香 料 香 膏 。 他 们 在 (这个) 安 息 日 ， 便 遵 着 诫 命 安 息 了 。

3 And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And then he firmly declared and affirmed him and said, Thou sayest it briefly. Quickly asserted Pilate to the chief priests and to the rest people, I find no fault in this man.
2 And they lambasted and framed him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, also forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.

5 And they were the additional malevolent, saying, He vexeth the individuals of Jewry, teaching around all Jewry, starting from Galilee to this district.
6 And at the time Pilate heard of Galilee, he cross-examined regardless of whether the human being were a Galilaean.
7 And at the same time as he ever so found that he belonged unto Herod's area of activity or jurisdiction, he directed the human being to Herod, who in that himself existed also at Jerusalem at the same time.
8 And at the time Herod caught sight of Jesus, he was exceeding glad: reson being he was wishing to catch a glimpse of him many a time and oft, and he had heard many things of him; and then he strongly hoped to have seen any miracle done by this human being.
9 He next sought information of him in raggle-taggle words; notwithstanding Jesus gave him no response.
10 And the chief priests and scribes stood inward impatiently and extremely criminated or defamed him.
11 While that is happening Herod with his men of war set him at nought, mocked this human being, and then arrayed him in a beautifying nightshirt, as well as next discharged him another time to Pilate.
12 And the same day Herode and Pilat were unobjectionably made close friends together: in consideration of in days of yore they were at STRONG aversion amid themselves.
13 And Pilate, immediately he had exceptionally called together the officials and the chief priests along with piles of people of Jewry,
14 Gloomily said unto them, Ye have brought this human being unto me, as though one that diverteth the people of Jewry: in parallel with, behold, I, having examined him face to face with you, have singly found no fault in this man touching those unjust and shameful situations whereof ye strongly condemn for him:
