窗外Wonder of Nature

Today, on the hottest day of this year in New York, I suddenly found that outside my once “bare” window, layers upon layers of green leaves have grown to such thickness without me ever realizing it; and are gratefully offering me not only delightful shade from the sun, but only safe “refugee” from the overlooking building opposite me.

今天是紐約今年最熱的一天。無意中向窗外望去，發現光禿禿的樹枝上，不知何時已經是綠葉成蔭。滿眼的綠色，不僅帶給人滿心的清涼，也讓我的小屋，不再暴露於對面樓上鄰居們的視線之中。

I also noticed that in winter, the sunlight always graciously beamed into my house to warm and light it up. But now, in summer, as the sun is higher, its light only stays outside so that my house won’t become hotter.

我還注意到（以前只從理論上知道），冬天，在晴朗的日子裏，溫暖的陽光每天都會照進窗口，點亮我的房間和心田。而入夏以來，因爲太陽角度高了，灼人的陽光就不再光顧我的小屋，增加我的熱度了。陽光只是讓窗外的綠葉們閃閃發亮，讓我倍感被「蔭護」的安寧。

I am totally in awe of the gracious nature; and am very grateful for God’s wonderful arrangements for us.

神給人安排的「自然」是多麼神奇、多麼美妙啊，特意發上兩張在同一地點不同季節拍攝的「窗外」照，跟朋友們分享對神之造化的感恩之心。

So, I am sharing these two photos taken from the same window in different seasons so that everyone can share what I felt today!
