Shortly after my daughter and I participated in the World Falun Dafa Day parade, one day she was browsing the internet while I was doing something else. Suddenly I heard she signed and said,”Alas! I felt so bad!”
我和女兒參加世界法輪大法日遊行後不久，有一天她在看電腦，我在幹別的。突然我聽到她嘆氣道：「我感覺真不好！」
I raised my head in surprise and asked: “Why?”
我吃驚的問：「爲什麼？」
“Because I was cheated!”
「我被騙了！」
I quickly glanced at the web page she had been reading; and found that the content was some facts of the persecution of Falun Gong. I immediately realized that she must had found out on her own that all the Chinese Communist Party had been telling her about Falun Gong were lies; and that she had been fooled into believing them; and that’s why she exclaimed, “I felt so bad!”
我飛快地瞥了一眼她正在看的網頁，發現那是一個講述法輪功真相的網站。我立刻意識，她一定是自己發現了，原來中共所說的關於法輪功的一切全是謊言，原來自己被欺騙了，所以她才會驚呼：「我感覺真不好！」
I couldn’t describe how relieved and grateful I was at that moment. I hadn’t said anything about Falun Gong to her yet since she arrived in Sydney after three years’ separation. Yet free information did a better job than what I could have done. And I knew that for my daughter, to find out the truth on her own felt much, much better than to be “lectured” by me.
我無法言說當時的感激和輕鬆心情。到那時爲止，在我們分離三年之後，我仍然未找到合適的機會跟她講法輪功的事情，誰知她自己上網去看了真相。這真是比我用嘴巴說多少話都更管用啊！信息自由、言論自由真好！怪不得中共不敢讓老百姓看真相呢。有了信息自由，中共連個11歲的孩子都騙不了。
