Shortly after my daughter came to Sydney from Beijing, there was a period of time when she read a lot of ghosts books. She was very much scared; but somehow just wanted to read. A fellow Falun Gong practitioner said, ”We Falun Gong practitioners never fear ghosts.”
女兒從北京來悉尼後不久，有一段時間迷上了看鬼故事書，一邊一邊嚇得夠嗆。一名朋友不經意的說：「我們煉法輪功的從來不怕鬼。」
This time my daughter did talk back or said that she didn’t believe it. On the contrary, she was very silent and thoughtful.
聽到這個，女兒這次沒有反駁或說自己不信之類的。相反，她沉默了，似乎若有所思。
Several days later, lying in the bed and staring at the white celling, she suddenly announced to me with a very serious yet expressionless face, “Mom, from today on, I am also a Falun Dafa disciple.”
幾天後，她躺在床上，兩眼盯著天花板，突然一臉嚴肅卻又似乎面無表情地向我宣布道：「媽，從今天起，我也是大法弟子了！」
And I calmly accepted her announcement, as if it was very natural. Yes, everything indeed happened so “naturally” without me planning or expecting anything.
聽到這句話，我感到非常平靜。一切都發生得那麼自然，我並沒有刻意計劃或期待什麼，但好像，事情「自然地」就到了這一步。
