Mamlambo据说是一种会吃人的怪物，最早在南非发现，幸好在除南非以外的地方，还没有发现这种半鱼半马的怪物的踪迹。1997年，南非一个小村落炸开了锅，当时村民说村子里突然闯进一个怪物，怪物会袭击人类，更可怕的是，它只吃受害者的脑浆。当时村民统计说有9个人被怪物杀死，路透社也做有相关的报道，但是一直没有人捕捉到它的镜头。
