  (陷儿拌好了.这是引用翠花姐的方子:昨天给狗狗的,再转给你看看,俺一般是这样拌饺子馅的:

  1.绞肉顺一个方向边绞边一点一点的加鸡汤,拌到粘粘糊糊的就可以了.再加入料酒,酱油,葱末,姜末,一点盐,香油,(麻油)炸香了的花椒油一点点.(如嫌麻烦,可加点花椒面)在加一点菜油.

  2.茴香切碎,可直接拌陷,也可撒一点盐,抓一抓,放3-5分钟,再挤出去一些水份拌入肉陷中.看你拌的肉馅是不是很稀.

  3.开包吧!

  另:如你不是自己做饺子皮,用买来的饺子皮的话,鸡汤一定要少放,馅太湿就不好包了. )
