揭深交所上市公司徐州恩华药业改制时侵吞一亿国有资产黑幕徐州恩华药业改制时大量国有资产被严重低评，其评估公司（徐州大鹏会计事务所）当时的副所长高爱好和业务部主任段宝州，现均成为了深交所上市公司恩华药业高管。其中高爱好任恩华药业财务总监，年薪二十万元；段宝州任恩华药业副总兼董事会秘书，年薪五万元。
