这艘游轮（或者说是海上城市）有1020英尺长，吃水29英尺，总排水量13.8万吨…它可以同时容下3114名乘客和1185名船员，在船上你可以找到所有高级游轮具备的娱乐和休闲设施，包括一个溜冰场，一个攀岩壁，游泳池，赌场，剧院，多媒体放映厅，网络休闲室，图书馆，等等。除此之外，船上还拥有一所迈阿密大学的海洋实验室，专门研究海洋学和大气学的科学场所。
