1月12日，香港艺人蔡少芬迎来自己人生中最幸福一刻。这天下午两点半，她与内地男演员张晋在香港西贡一间教堂内结婚。当日众多明星嘉宾到场观礼，但严禁媒体入场。两人礼毕后走出教堂外让媒体拍摄，并当众接吻秀甜蜜。一对新人更在婚礼上激动落泪。据悉，婚礼现场以白绿色为主，庄严不失典雅，一众姐妹均以绿色晚礼服现身。据在场嘉宾透露，仪式刚开始不久蔡少芬就激动落泪，加上张晋当众以广东话为妻子献唱一曲，让她更加泪如泉涌。张晋唱到后来也不禁湿了眼框，在场嘉宾也不少被感动落泪。
