香港艳星叶子楣当年凭骄人身材迷倒众多男性，不料退出演艺圈14年后，如今39岁的她竟自暴自弃变成大肥婆，不但外貌走样，一副“水桶腰”更令人惨不忍睹。
叶子楣在上世纪80年代末期以惊人丰胸走红影坛，但14年前与骨科医师男友吕锡照交往后，便淡出影坛。日前香港媒体拍到她与男友外出用餐的照片。她戴着一副款式老套的眼镜，未施脂粉，原来的小蛮腰变成了“水桶腰”，由于穿着白色厚外套和牛仔裤，更显身形臃肿。她和男友到香港时代广场一家比萨店用餐，吃完还拉着男友去买冰淇淋，在路边便舔吃起来，吃完还意犹未尽，返店多买了几个回家。比萨、冰淇淋都是高热量食物，叶子楣显然不介意身材继续走样。
叶子楣和吕锡照交往14年来，曾传出分手、结婚，甚至还曾被传怀孕，但都被她否认了。她表示和男友感情稳定，但已过了结婚冲动期。
今日的叶子楣面目全非，昔日的叶子楣令人神魂颠倒。
