    In March 2019, Yongyi Song, alibrarian at California State University at Los Angeles (self-claimed to be aprofessor), through the introduction by a Mr. Zhou, contacted Zhihua Yan by thephone, and asked for a Zhihua Yan’s book (800K words) 1.4 Million Folks Died of Hunger in thePeople's Commune Cage--A Record of the RuralCommunism Movement in Fuling District of Sichuan Province. After that, Song offered (cheated) Yan with such promises as"helping Yan to apply for $23, 000 publishing fund (Song served as adirector of a foundation in the United States), and to find a press in HongKong to publish Yan's book". After that,Yongyi Song used the excuse of "the need for revising Yan’s paper to matchthe requirements of the International Symposium on Land Reform in September2019 (In City University of New York)" to obtain finally the Word file ofthe above mentioned Yan’s 800K-word book.

    Yongyi Song's such deceptivebehavior should be strongly condemned.

     Warning:

     If Song takes advantage ofthe convenience of the Word file defrauded from Zhihua Yan to plagiarize , copyor spread the contents of Yan’s book, which infringes Yan's copyright, Yan willprosecute for tort liability in accordance with the relevant laws andregulations of the UnitedStates.

关于宋永毅骗取颜智华80万字著述的Word文档一事的声明

美国加州州立大学洛杉矶分校图书馆职员宋永毅（自称教授）于2019年3月，经过周某介绍，与颜智华在电话上取得联系，并向颜智华索要其著述《饿死在人民公社囚笼里的140万乡亲——四川省涪陵专区农村共产主义运动纪实》（80万字）一本。之后，宋主动向颜提出“帮助颜申请出版基金2万3千美元（宋担任美国某基金会理事）；还要在香港找出版社出版颜的著述”等承诺相欺骗。后宋永毅又以“给颜修改参加2019年9月（纽约城市大学）土改国际学术研讨会议《论文》需要”作为借口。最终骗取了颜智华上述80万字著述的Wordw数据文档。

对于宋永毅这种卑鄙行径予以严厉谴责。并警告如下：

如果利用骗取了颜智华著述Word数据文档之便利，对颜的著述中的内容进行剽窃、抄袭、复制或者扩散等构成侵犯颜的著作权的，颜将依照美国相关法规追究侵权责任。

颜智华后来才怀疑到宋永毅骗取他的著述的word文档的主要目的，是拿去卖给共产党国安了。因为共产党国安从2013年开始就在找颜智华，要看他的这部著述（书稿）。原因是国安知道这部书中援引了大量的中共官方的历史档案资料。但具体援用了哪些档案资料，尚不知道。而宋永毅把颜智华的这部书的Word文稿拿去卖给共产党国安，又能够获得一笔钱。国安获得了多年中一直想要的东西，宋永毅赚了一大笔钱。
