正在全中国流行，蔓延至上海的一场“瘟疫” (中文/ENGLISH)
这是一场由利欲熏心的地方基层政府，在全国各个农村酿成，蔓延至城市的一场“腐败之疫”。

有个小村庄在上海浦东新区东沟周桥村，正面临着很多中国家庭已经，或正在，或将来可能面临的问题：强制动迁。
人尽皆知，2010年上海将在浦东举办世博会。政府也在大力快速改造规划内的农村，田地，新建很多现代化的道路，建筑，高级社区。
本来周桥村的老百姓是很乐意支持配合政府工作的，因为从电视，报纸，媒体都了解到，现在法律法规都禁止强制动迁。离开这个地铁6号线都已通到家门口的地方，当然依依不舍的。但是，政策都有利于老百姓了，拆迁就拆迁嘛，住到更现代化的，更便捷的新社区那是去享福啊！
不曾可想，有人去查过拆迁许可证和其他必要的国务院批复，这个村庄竟然不属于规划拆迁范围内。地方政府欺骗了老百姓！
更让他们的心碎梦灭的是昨天6月11日，地方腐败政府竟然雇了300多号土匪，在凌晨5点夺门冲入一个中年夫妇的家里，把他们如狗一样从睡梦中强行拖到户外；顷刻间，推土机轰隆隆地硬把他们的房子推倒了。恶棍们不但殴打上前争辩的人，还威胁周围人说：“如果谁过来，就强迁谁！” 没有协商，没有协议，没有交易，至今夫妇俩仍由10多个恶棍看守，没有任何罪证被随意扣押！
全村上下都陷入恐慌！这是什么世道，什么年代啊？？？自己的房产自己不能作主！
您可能要问：“为什么会这样啊？？”
周桥村的村民也想知道为什么！这不是恐怖主义是什么？不能保护自己的财产，连家都已没有，流浪街头了！
－打电话报警！
打啦！地方警察来了，什么都不说，什么都没做！
－打电话报市区110！
也打啦！没人出警！
－曝光媒体！
谁敢冒着被砸饭碗的风险报道这种大江南北到处发生的事啊？？他要揭发的人可能就是付他工资的人啊！！
那谁能帮帮周桥村的无辜老百姓啊 ！！??

Please help!! AN EPIDEMIC IN CHINA, WORSE THAN H1N1!
If you can’t offer any help, the least you can do is to spread this article on the internet for as much deep and wide as you can.
A small village by the name of Dong Gou, in Pudong, part of Shanghai, is right now facing what many ordinary Chinese families had or have been and will be facing—FORCED RELOCATION.
2010 is the year when Shanghai will hold the World Exposition, in Pudong. Therefore, the government allocated a big sum of money to take down old buildings and roads, then to construct better and much more modern ones.
This old Dong Gou village is full of elder, retired and sick, unemployed families. The villagers were pretty happy at the beginning, when they were notified the re-construction of this village and the surrounding area. Because from TV, newspapers, they knew that Central Government had been offering very favorable policies benefiting the people. And laws and regulations strictly banned FORCED RELOCATION.
BUT, what has been happening in the village and through out China, the dreams and basic human rights of those innocent average poor villagers had completely been broken up!
The local corrupted governments hired over 300 bandits to break in the families, drag the people living in the house like dogs, NO NEGOTIATION, NO AGREEMENT, NO PAYMENT, detain them by 10 thugs, without any legal charge; and in a few minutes, their house is taken down by a bulldozer. ….They threatened the people around, “Who stand forward, will be the next one!”
You may ask WHY?
The villagers also want to know WHY? Why it happens like terrorism? This is their own property, and they don’t have any way to protect it while they themselves have just been thrown in the street!!
-CALL THE POLICE!
Of course they did. The local police came and said nothing and did nothing.
-CALL THE POLICE IN THE CITY LEVEL!
They did so too. And police just ignored, --they can’t help.
-CALL THE NEWS MEDIA!
Who wants to report such incidents that are commonly practiced by local government, who pays his/her salary?
SO WHO CAN HELP???
