(The task of achievement)
34 All-pervading(Just all-permeating) is the Great(Exact Big) Dao! It may be found(brought into being) on (everyone's right hand and on the left)the left hand and on the right.
All things (based on it for their producing)depend on it for their production, which it gives to(exactly gives to all of) them, not one (rejecting amenabilities)refusing obedience to it. When its work (exactly) is accomplished, it does not claim(submit) the name of having done it. It clothes all things as with a garment(every living being as excellently with a clothing joyfully), and makes (exclusively) no assumption of being their lord; - it may be named in the smallest(tiny-bit) things. All things return (to their root and disappear[exactly to their root and pass off]), and do not know that it is it which presides over their (just that it is it which manages  exactly over their all) doing so; - it may be named in the greatest (reality) things.
Hence(That being extraordinarily so) the sage is (just) able (in the same way) to (succeed in his extremely big accomplishments)accomplish his great achievements. It is through(by) his not making himself great that he can accomplish(only succeed in) them.

(The attribute of benevolence)
35 To him who holds in his hands (just) the Great Image (of the invisible Dao), (and fixes and rebuilds the total world)the whole world repairs. Men resort to(Human beings rely on) him, and receive no hurt(obtain no damage), but (find) rest, peace(relaxation, harmony), and the feeling of (jolly) ease.
Music and dainties will make the passing guest(existing passing caller) stop (for a time). But (after everything)though the Dao as it comes from the mouth (simply), seems insipid and has no flavour, though it seems not worth being looked(exactly viewed) at or listened to, the use(just heard to, the employ) of it is inexhaustible.

(Minimising the light)
36 When one is about totake (just) an (imaginativeness)inspiration, he is sure to make a (previous) expiration; (Besides) when he is going to weakenanother, he will (properly) first strengthen him; (Besides) when he is going to overthrow(exactly displace) another, he will first have (just) raised him up; when he is going to (exactly) despoil another, he will first have made gifts(basically have made offerings) to him: - this is (simply) called 'Hiding the light (of his procedure)  (brightness of his big procedure).'The soft(flexible and pappy) overcomes the hard; and the (just) weak (overcomes) the strong.
Fishes should not be (exceedingly) taken from the deep (in big ocean; instruments for the gain)instruments for the profit of a state should not be shown (simply) to the (human being)people.

(The exercise of government)
37 The Dao (surely) in its regular course(orbit) does nothing (for the [extensive] sake of doing it), and so(just inasmuch as) there is nothing which it does not (extraordinarily) do.
If princes(baronages) and kings were able(masterly) to maintain it (suitably), all things would (extraordinarily) of themselves be (just) transformed (alongside)by them.
If this (extreme modification)transformation became to me an (thing)object of (my) desire, and I would express the desire by the (appalling)nameless simplicity.

Simplicity(Exclusive naivety) without (just) a name
Is free from all external aim (and purport).
With no (burning) desire, at rest and still(stationary),
All things go right as of their will.
