苏美尔城邦为君主政体，最初的国君来自于上天（取君的上首），天赋王权（柄；截取点撇放竖钩两边）在一个朝代（截取亻与T对接后放到一横上，截取撇点放一横下）接着一个朝代移动，实际上看更像城邦国家联盟的领袖，苏美尔城邦不是由一个固定中央分封而成，而是拥有统一文化的城邦联合，王权是流动的。哪个城邦强大，王权（柄；取谐音）就（左下含字中字）流动到哪（中间含字中字←）里。

传说中的国王，早于公元前26世纪，国王在位的时间以“sars”为单位，一个“sars”是3600年。下一个单位是“ner”，为600年。

尼比鲁 （Nibiru行星），是出现在苏美尔神话中的神，在苏美尔语里是“渡船”之意，在天文界指一颗不存在的假想行星。有报道称NASA在1982年发现了这个星球，不过随后NASA又向外界发送消息澄清之前的发现只不过是一个错误的发现。（百度百科）

含“渡船”之意的古汉字有一个，念：sà（类似：sar），写作：左边是舟+右边是及。见：所有拼音为sa的字_在线字典_快学网  其字的英文解释为：a moving boat; a sailing boat, tools used on a boat, a speedy boat，与“渡船”之意基本吻合.

既然是神话，就是神的话语。一个“sars”是3600年，即：三千六百年。如果尼比鲁是传说中的X行星，更或者说是满载天使的宇宙飞船（渡船，sar），是有线索联系起来的。三千六百，如果以谐音来理解：三，散步；千，迁徙；六，遛弯儿；百，摆动 —— 这些词都可以形容宇宙飞船，或大神的行动。如果再结合那个在太阳旁边汲取能量、来去自由的巨大天体，那是否就是那个“它”？如果是，那么有谁还在怀疑月球可能是上帝特意打造的宇宙飞船呢？

Sumerian Kings and people were related closely with the Anunnaki on the planet Nibiru. For Nibiru passes earth every 3600 years which was exactly used as Sumerian time numerical unit "Sar". If Sumerian were the offsprings of Anunnaki, their Kings during that times possibly were on the planet Nibiru - that is why historians and archaeologists have not found any evidences on earth yet.

Thus people possibly deluce that the ancient Egyptian ruling gods which were listed by priest Manetho, and Japanese prehistoric emperors did exist, but not on this planet.

However, the legend about the planet Nibiru is a myth. All of the myths are the words of God.

Sumerian King List

The subsequent king Alalngar exactly dominated for 10 sars, which was just as same as 36,000 years.

The subsequent king En-men-gal-ana, actually reigned for 8 sars, being exactly twenty eight thousands and eight hundreds years overall.

Dumuzid, later was just nicknamed "the Shepherd", as the next king, reigned as long as 10 sars, being 36,000 years in total.
