In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. By Time.
2. The human being is in loss.
3. Except those who believe, and do good works, and encourage truth, and recommend patience.

1.以时光盟誓，
2.一切人确是在亏折之中，
3.惟信道而且行善，并以真理相劝，以坚忍相勉的人则不然。

In the Preeminent name of God, the Permissive, the Gracious.
1. By means of moment in time.
2. The humankind is in loss.
3. Except those who believe, and prosecute good works, and embolden genuineness, and recommend patience.
