273. It is for the poor; those who are restrained in the way of God, and unable to travel in the land. The unaware would think them rich, due to their dignity. You will recognize them by their features. They do not ask from people insistently. Whatever charity you give, God is aware of it.

274. Those who spend their wealth by night and day, privately and publicly, will receive their reward from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve.

275. Those who swallow usury will not rise, except as someone driven mad by Satan's touch. That is because they say, “Commerce is like usury.” But God has permitted commerce, and has forbidden usury. Whoever, on receiving advice from his Lord, refrains, may keep his past earnings, and his case rests with God. But whoever resumes—these are the dwellers of the Fire, wherein they will abide forever.

276. God condemns usury, and He blesses charities. God does not love any sinful ingrate.

273.（施舍）应归那些贫民，他们献身於主道，不能到远方去谋生；不明他们的真相的人，以为他们是富足的，因为他们不肯向人乞讨。你从他们的仪表可以认识他们，他们不会呶呶不休地向人乞讨。你们所施舍的任何美物，确是真主所知道的。

274.不分昼夜，不拘隐显地施舍财物的人们，将在他们的主那里享受报酬，他们将来没有恐惧，也不忧愁。

275.吃利息的人，要象中了魔的人一样，疯疯癫癫地站起来。这是因为他们说：“买卖恰象利息。”真主准许买卖，而禁止利息。奉到主的教训後，就遵守禁令的，得已往不咎，他的事归真主判决。再犯的人，是火狱的居民，他们将永居其中。

276.真主褫夺利息，增加赈物。真主不喜爱一切孤恩的罪人。

273. It is for the poor; those who are restrained in the way of God, and unable to travel in the land. The unaware would think them rich, due to their dignity. You will recognize them by their features. They do not ask from people insistently. Whatever charity you give, God is aware of it[The very kind alms as well as offering you aid is meant for those strapped; it being the fact that those men and women who are exceptionally closed off in the way of God, and unable to journey amid the solid ground. Often the ignorant would understand them wealthy, because of their exceptionally modest dignity. You would certainly assume them by dint of their good manners. They do not ask from people confidently. In fact any alms as well as offering you provide, God is aware of it].

274. Those who spend their wealth by night and day, privately and publicly, will receive their reward from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve[Those men and women who offer their kind alms as well as belongings around the clock, confidentially or in broad daylight, would receive their nice reward from their Lord without exception. As a matter of fact they have nothing to deject, nor shall they lament as a result].

275. [Those of greedy loaded people who wolf extortionate moneylending would not rise, excepting as someone driven mad by dint of the Satan's touching. In consideration of they indicate, “Customer is God; the commerce is resembling kind of extortionate moneylending in spite of that.” All things considered God has enabled commerce, and has forbidden the high interest. Whoever, on receiving advisement from out of the Lord, calls off or abjures, and may perhaps go on holding his initial income, and his way of it rests with God. On the assumption that someone resumes usury—these are the dwellers of the Fire, wherein they ought to reside in at all times.]Those who swallow usury will not rise, except as someone driven mad by Satan's touch.
