277. Those who believe, and do good deeds, and pray regularly, and give charity—they will have their reward with their Lord; they will have no fear, nor shall they grieve.

278. O you who believe! Fear God, and forgo what remains of usury, if you are believers.

279. If you do not, then take notice of a war by God and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may keep your capital, neither wronging, nor being wronged.

280. But if he is in hardship, then deferment until a time of ease. But to remit it as charity is better for you, if you only knew.

281. And guard yourselves against a Day when you will be returned to God; then each soul will be rewarded fully for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.

282. O you who believe! When you incur debt among yourselves for a certain period of time, write it down. And have a scribe write in your presence, in all fairness. And let no scribe refuse to write, as God has taught him. So let him write, and let the debtor dictate. And let him fear God, his Lord, and diminish nothing from it. But if the debtor is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable to dictate, then let his guardian dictate with honesty. And call to witness two men from among you. If two men are not available, then one man and two women whose testimony is acceptable to all—if one of them fails to remember, the other would remind her. Witnesses must not refuse when called upon. And do not think it too trivial to write down, whether small or large, including the time of repayment. That is more equitable with God, and stronger as evidence, and more likely to prevent doubt—except in the case of a spot transaction between you—then there is no blame on you if you do not write it down. And let there be witnesses whenever you conclude a contract, and let no harm be done to either scribe or witness. If you do that, it is corruption on your part. And fear God. God teaches you. God is aware of everything.

277.信道而且行善，并谨守拜功，完纳天课的人，将在他们的主那里享受报酬，他们将来没有恐惧，也不会忧愁。

278.信道的人们啊！如果你们真是信士，那末，你们当敬畏真主，当放弃余欠的利息。

279.如果你们不遵从，那末，你们当知道真主和使者将对你们宣战。如果你们悔罪，那末，你们得收回你们的资本，你们不致亏枉别人，你们也不致受亏枉。

280.如果债务者是穷迫的，那末，你们应当待他到宽裕的时候；你们若把他所欠的债施舍给他，那对於你们是更好的，如果你们知道。

281.你们当防备将来有一日，你们要被召归於主，然後人人都得享受自己行为的完全的报酬而不受亏枉。

282.信道的人们啊！你们彼此间成立定期借贷的时候，你们应当写一张借券，请一个会写字的人，秉公代写。代书人不得拒绝，当遵照真主所教他的方法而书写。由债务者口授，（他口授时），当敬畏真主──他的主──不要减少债额一丝毫。如果债务者是愚蠢的，或老弱的，或不能亲自口授的，那末，叫他的监护人秉公地替他口授。你们当从你们的男人中邀请两个人作证；如果没有两个男人，那末，从你们所认可的证人中请一个男人和两个女人作证。这个女人遗忘的时候，那个女人可以提醒她。证人被邀请的时候，不得拒绝。无论债额多寡，不可厌烦，都要写在借券上，并写明偿还的日期。在真主看来，这是最公平的，最易作证的，最可祛疑的。但你们彼此间的现款交易，虽不写买卖契约，对於你们是毫无罪过的。你们成立商业契约的时候，宜请证人，对代书者和作证者，不得加以妨害；否则，就是你们犯罪。你们应当敬畏真主，真主教诲你们，真主是全知万物的。

277. Those who believe, and do good deeds, and pray regularly, and give charity—they will have their reward with their Lord; they will have no fear, nor shall they grieve[Those men and women who believe, and bring off good deeds and also manners, and often pray, furthermore extend disparate kinds of alms as well as offering—above and beyond they ought to adopt their payoff with their Lord; they ought to adopt no jitters, nor shall they lament as a result].

278. O you who believe! Fear God, and forgo what remains of usury, if you are believers[O you who profoundly believe! Fear God, and then abandon what remainder of extortionate moneylending, only if you are godly believers].

279. If you do not, then take notice of a war by God and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may keep your capital, neither wronging, nor being wronged[If you do not, then catch sight of a war by God and His consecrated Messenger. Nevertheless only if you indeed repent of what you got through, and also you may keep your leadoff capital, neither wronging, nor being wronged].

280. But if he is in hardship, then deferment until a time of ease. But to remit it as charity is better for you, if you only knew[Excepting the fact that provided he is just amid destitution, rearrangement next off until a time of ease along with orderliness. Nevertheless to make it as kind alms as well as offering is more desirable for you, if you only figured out].

281. And guard yourselves against a Day when you will be returned to God; then each soul will be rewarded fully for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged[And prepare yourselves against a Day at the time you will be in a blink of eyes gone again to God; then without exception each soul and also human being will be paid off meant for what it has remunerated all of, either good or bad to them, and they ought to deserve them].

282. O you who believe! When you incur debt among yourselves for a certain period of time, write it down. And have a scribe write in your presence, in all fairness[O those who believe and judge! At the time you spare debt among yourselves for a fixed period of time, with attention to detail make a note of them. And have a scribe put in writing the legal record in your presence, in all good faith]. And let no scribe refuse to write, as God has taught him. So let him write, and let the debtor dictate. And let him fear God, his Lord, and diminish nothing from it[And do not let scribe decline to draught any lawful document, on account of God has taught him. Under the circumstances allow him make a note of the legal record, and let debtor (by way of explanation mortgagor or pledger) dictate officially. In the same manner allow him live in fear of God, the Lord. Furthermore do not allow him reduce anything from out of the legal record]. But if the debtor is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable to dictate, then let his guardian dictate with honesty[But if the debtor is mentally abject, or also infirm as well as unable to dictate unaccompanied, next off let his guardian or protector dictate in all good faith]. And call to witness two men from among you. If two men are not available, then one man and two women whose testimony is acceptable to all—if one of them fails to remember, the other would remind her[Furthermore name two men from out of you as witnesses. In case two men are not on offer, then one man and two women whose grounds and proof is good enough to everybody—providing one of designee is unable to remember legibly, the other designee would of course resay it to the remainder]. Witnesses must not refuse when called upon. And do not think it too trivial to write down, whether small or large, including the time of repayment. That is more equitable with God, and stronger as evidence, and more likely to prevent doubt—except in the case of a spot transaction between you—then there is no blame on you if you do not write it down[Witnesses ought not to hold back during the time called upon. And do not think it too poxy to write down, regardless of whether small or large, containing the time of installment or full repayment. That is godlier with God, and stronger as evidence and justification, more seemingly to avoid doubt—except in the case of a spot transaction between you—taking that into consideration there is no blame on you if you do not put in writing]. And let there be witnesses whenever you conclude a contract, and let no harm be done to either scribe or witness. If you do that, it is corruption on your part. And fear God. God teaches you. God is aware of everything[And there ought to be credible witnesses at any time you cinch an agreement, on top of that, let no harm be done to either witness or scribe. Providing you do that, then it is shamelessness and misdeed by the side of your part. And be extraordinarily mindful of God. Of course God tips off you. God is aware of everything].
