In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
   
1. By Time.
2. The human being is in loss.
3. Except those who believe, and do good works, and encourage truth, and recommend patience.

奉至仁至慈的真主之名

1.以时光盟誓，
2.一切人确是在亏折之中，
3.惟信道而且行善，并以真理相劝，以坚忍相勉的人则不然。

In the significantly prestigious name of God, the Permissive, the Gracious.
1. By the covenanted and confirmed time.
   
In the second to none name of God, the Grand, the Merciful.
1. By the confirmed and covenanted time.
2. The ordinary human beings are in imbroglio and lack of understanding.
3. Except those who accredit, and do good works, and encourage truth, and recommend patience.
In the glaringly prestigious name of God, the Permissive, the absolutely Gracious.
