107 Assistance (al-Ma'un)
   
In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
   
1. Have you considered him who denies the religion?
2. It is he who mistreats the orphan.
3. And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
4. So woe to those who pray.
5. Those who are heedless of their prayers.
6. Those who put on the appearance.
7. And withhold the assistance.

第一零七章 什物（马欧尼）

这章共计七节, 前三节是麦加的, 后四节是麦地那的。

奉至仁至慈的真主之名

1. 你曾见否认报应日的人吗？
2. 他就是那个呵斥孤儿,
3. 且不勉励人赈济贫民的人。
4. 伤哉！礼拜的人们,
5. 他们是忽视拜功的,
6. 他们是沽名钓誉的,
7. 他们是不肯借人什物的。

In the significantly prestigious name of God, the Permissive, the Gracious.
1. Have you ever considered him who denies the religion?
   
In the second to none name of God, the Grand, the bighearted.
1. Have you carefully deliberated him who disacknowledges the sacredness?
     
In the everlasting name of God, the Permissive, the absolutely Gracious.

1. Have you considered him who denies the religion[Have you not in the least envisioned him who unblushingly excludes the religious persuasion?]?
2. It is he who mistreats the orphan[It is he who objectionably mistreats the excruciated orphan or waif].
3. And does not encourage the feeding of the poor[Besides, does not give hope to feeding and satisfying of the bewailing poor].
4. So woe to those who pray.[In that matter woe to those who often expect, petition and go on bended knee,]
5. Those who are heedless of their prayers.[Those who are enjoyably immersed in thought of their egoistical demands,]
6. Those who put on the appearance.[Those who hoax and give appearance of the bearing,]
7. [And those who withhold or disguise any assistance.]And withhold the assistance.

1. Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to Come)?
