Hymn to the Nile

Chapter IV
  
He brings the offerings, as chief of provisioning;
he is the creator of all good things,
as master of energy, full of sweetness in his choice.
If offerings are made it is thanks to him.
He brings forth the herbage for the flocks,
and sees that each god receives his sacrifices.
All that depends on him is a precious incense.
He spreads himself over Egypt,
filling the granaries, renewing the marts,
watching over the goods of the unhappy.

第四章

食品的攜帶者，送來糧食的神，
一切美好事物的建立者，
恐怖與極樂的神！
一切都相聚在他的身上。
他為公牛耕植了芳草，
為眾神備好了犧牲；
最好的乳香也是他所供應，
他是兩個國家的神。
他溢滿了穀倉，豐裕了庫房，
並關心赤裸者的處境。

Chapter IV
  
He brings the offerings, as chief of provisioning[He carefully brings the best offerings, as master of supplies or devices;
he is the creator of all good things[furthermore He is the extraordinary maker of all well-favored stuff],
as master of energy, full of sweetness in his choice[then just as master of strength, full of good-naturedness, amiableness and joyfulness inside the range of his extraordinary choice].
If offerings are made it is thanks to him[If best offerings are made one of the most it is praying to him doubtless].
He brings forth the herbage for the flocks[He brings into existence the animal feed for the purpose of the throngs of domestic animal],
and sees that each god receives his sacrifices[and unobjectionably glimpses each single one of the gods heartily receives his exceptional atonements together with oblations].
[Each single one of the men and women enough has every confidence in him is a good burnt offering]All that depends on him is a precious incense.
He spreads himself over Egypt[There again He spreads exponentially himself off Egypt and beyond],
filling the granaries, renewing the marts[furthermore filling the granaries, farmsteads and also farmhouses, rejuvenating the markets],
watching over the goods of the unhappy[taking charge of daily goods and raw materials of the agonised].
