CHAPTER SIXTEEN
THE THIRD OF THE EGYPTIAN SCROLLS
(A Fragment)*

If a man would know Heaven, he must first know Earth. Man cannot understand Heaven until he understands Earth. He cannot understand God until he understands himself, and he cannot know love unless he has been loveless.
God is unknown but not unknowable. He is unseen but not unseeable. God is unheard but not unhearable.**
He is not understood but He is understandable.
The goal of life is upstream, not downstream. Man must struggle against the current, not drift with the flow.
A child is born knowing all God intended it to know, the rest it must discover for itself. Man does not live to increase the glory of God, this cannot be done, but to increase the glory of man.
He who worships with empty rituals wastes his time and displays the shallowness of his thought. That which man does to benefit man is good, but if he seeks to gratify God it is a labour of ignorance showing disrespect for God whose nature is above that of earthly princes. A lifting hand is worth ten wagging tongues.
Be a man of fortitude and courage. Prepare to fight, for Earth gives man but two choices: to struggle or perish.
There is work to be done in the Garden of God, therefore cease useless performances and word-wasting discussions, go, pick up the hoe and tackle the task to hand.
This is the secret of life: Man lives in God and God lives in man. This answers all questions.

On the assumption that a man would know Heaven, he must first know Earth. For the reason that human being cannot make sense of Heaven waiting for he understands Earth. He cannot recognise God before he understands himself, along with he cannot know love unless he has been loveless.

On the assumption that a man would know Heaven, he must before anything else comprehend Earth. For the reason that human being cannot make sense of Heaven waiting for he understands Earth. And he cannot understand God until he entirely understands himself, and he cannot apprehend love before he sickly has been friendless.

On the assumption that a man would know Heaven, he must firstly realise Earth. For the reason that human being cannot make sense of Heaven waiting for he understands Earth. He cannot recognise God until he absolutely understands himself, and he cannot know love unless he has been loveless.

THE RELEVANT FRAGMENT OF THE EGYPTIAN SCROLLS THIRD

If a man would know Heaven, he must first know Earth. Man cannot understand Heaven until he understands Earth[Only if one human being would experience Heaven, he should just after make sense of Earth. For the reason that human being cannot make sense of Heaven waiting for he understands Earth]. He cannot understand God until he understands himself, and he cannot know love unless he has been loveless[Besides, the man cannot make sense of God until he instinctively experiences himself, along with the man cannot make sense of love if not he has been unloving].
God is unknown but not unknowable. He is unseen but not unseeable. God is unheard but not unhearable[God is unknown yet in no way impenetrable or baffling. Other than that, God is unfathomable but not foggy. God's name looks like there is unheard excepting that not unhearable in the least].
He is not understood but He is understandable[God's name is not understood despite that it is unambivalent].
The goal of life is upstream, not downstream[The mission of life journey is upstream, poles apart from downstream]. Man must struggle against the current, not drift with the flow[There is no denying man is made to struggle opposed to the current, not drift with the discharge].
A child is born knowing all God intended it to know, the rest it must discover for itself[A child is born making sense of everything God aimed he to experience, the remainder he should figure out beneficial to himself]. Man does not live to increase the glory of God, this cannot be done, but to increase the glory of man[Human being does not stay alive to increase the good name of God, this cannot be met the requirements of, instead to increase the good name of human being].
He who worships with empty rituals wastes his time and displays the shallowness of his thought[He who exalts, praises and worships God with empty habits junks all his time as well as exhibits the shallowness of his thought]. That which man does to benefit man is good, but if he seeks to gratify God[That which in particular human being does anything to take care of human being is good, excepting that only just he aims to please God.] it is a labour of ignorance showing disrespect for God whose nature is above that of earthly princes[Given that it is a labour of ignorance and simpleness exposing lack of respect for God whose nature is above the nature of earthborn kings]. A lifting hand is worth ten wagging tongues[A swaying hand is worth ten wobbling tongues].
Be a man of fortitude and courage. Prepare to fight, for Earth gives man but two choices: to struggle or perish[Be an exploratory in addition undauntable human being. Then prepare to fight, for land of Earth gives man only just tandem decisions: to be exterminated or to fight to death heroically].
There is work to be done in the Garden of God, therefore cease useless performances and word-wasting discussions, go, pick up the hoe and tackle the task to hand[There is engagement and assignment to be finished off in the Garden of God, this being so cease nugatory miens and word-blasting confabulations, go and pick up the hoe and take measures about and also focus on the existing task to hand].
[This is the unfathomable secret of real nature: human beings live inward of God and God lives just amid human beings. This answers all mentioned questions.]*This is the secret of life: Man lives in God and God lives in man. This answers all questions.
