Further, starting fromSeptember 2023, Chinese Communist enacts multiple policies to disable people’sfreedom to withdraw money from the bank. For example, one statute is that aperson withdrawing or depositing over 50,000 Chinese yuan, about 5,000 U. S.dollars, must provide the source and the usage of the money to bank. Then it isup to the Communist Bank to say Yes or No. If they choose not to believe thewords of the customer, then the customer cannot withdraw money from the bank.The airports in China run by the Communist only allow a person to carry 20,000Chinese yuan, about 2,000 U. S. dollars, to go abroad. In short, regardless theeffort or hardship a Chinese person undergoes in China, the money he/she canreally decide where to use is about 2,000 U. S. dollars for the life. Human includingChinese people in the 200 countries in the world can all withdraw money fromthe bank freely, but not in Communist China.

Only in CommunistChina, people do not have the freedom of going to a different place. From 2019to 2022, Xi Jinping Regime ordered 1.3 billion Chinese people stay home in thename of Virus. Many Chinese people died from starvation, lack of medical care, pressurefrom Communist. Then after 2022, people in China can go to a difference place,but there is no law to protect people’s freedom, which means Chinese Communistcan shut people in their apartment building again if they want to. Millions ofChinese have their passports taken away by the Communist Leaders. Human includingChinese people in the 200 countries in the world can go anywhere they want to,but not in Communist China.

Only in CommunistChina, human is facing a foreign language or language barrier because thoseCommunist has a different language, being slave to their superior, disregardpeople’s rights and life needs. Take the above as example. You think you andCommunist all speak Chinese, but that does not help at all. You stand in theoffice and want to withdraw your own money from the bank. You talk withCommunist for 6 hours and you still cannot get your own money from the bank.Human in the 200 countries in the world, go to a bank and talk less than 1minute, and you can withdraw your money from the bank, but not in China. It isalso in China, information including Chinese is blocked the most. One goes toThailand, India, one can see a hundred times more Chinese videos on Youtube. Humanincluding Chinese people in the 200 countries in the world can communicate bylanguage, solve the problem, but not in Communist China.

Only in CommunistChina, high school students studying over 10 hours a day cannot go to college.Chinese Communist runs Entrance Examination to College from 1977 to now 2023,over 40 years. In the key high schools in China, students study at least 10hours a day, and quite some 13 hours a day. But the admission rate in China isfrom 5% in the 1980s to 50% in the 2020s. In the 40 years about 220 millionChinese students participated in Entrance Examination to College, we reckon 150million Chinese students who study over 10 hours a day during the three yearsof high school failed that exam and cannot go to college. High school studentswho study over 10 hours a day can go to college in any of the 200 countries inthe world, Thailand, India, Ecuador, etc., but not in Communist China.

        今天我继续谈中共的欺骗。粉红说中共区还不错，真相是中共区是地球上最差的国家。

        人包括华人唯独在中共区不能自由取钱。2022年起，河南，安徽，重庆等多省几十万储户不能在中共银行取钱，到现在2023年已经400天了，还是取不到钱。2023年9月起中共银行还出台新规定，就是5万元人民币以上的交易，包括存钱，取钱，顾客必须说明资金来源，用途。在中共地方生活过的人都知道，只要有一个环节，是否盖章就是中共人员说了算，不是百姓说了算了。到时候中共银行说，“你说5万元人民币用于你的生活，那你打算买哪些生活用品？”绝对是千百种刁难。几十年看下来，在中共地方，我们百姓是不可能符合中共规定的。如果百姓都符合中共规定了，它就不叫共产党了。共产党就是要百姓不符合它的规定，它才好对百姓进行各种迫害，包括抢钱。人包括华人在地球上200个国家都能自由取钱，但在中共地方就不行。

        人包括华人唯独在中共地方不能自由出行。习近平政权以疫情为名，从2019年到2022年把13亿华人关在家里三年，许多人因此饿死了，得不到医疗病死了，由于中共人员的压力死了。2022年11月中共地方民众可以自由出行了，但并没有法律保护民众的出行权利。这意味着将来中共想封控百姓，同样可以做。现在2023年中共地方不少人的护照被中共官员收走了。人包括华人在地球上200个国家都能有护照，都能出国，但在中共地方就不行。

        人包括华人唯独在中共地方语言不通。因为中共人员用的是给上级当奴隶的语言，人的权利，生活需要在中共人员那里是不起作用的。就说上面取钱的例子。2023年9月起，你要在中共银行取5万元人民币，你以为中共银行人员和你都讲中文，没用。你在中共银行讲6小时中文，还是取不出钱来。设想如果你的钱放在泰国，印度，厄瓜多尔的银行，你说英文不到一分钟，就让你把钱取了。人包括华人在地球上200个国家都能用语言沟通，解决问题，但在中共地方就不行，对华人来说，中共地方才是真正的语言不通。

         可见，中共是地球上唯一反华的，唯一汉奸。中共不让人取钱，不让人有人身自由包括出国的自由，就是反人类的。中共环境13亿人权意识淡薄。2020年代13亿人就争取两项基本人权吧。一是每个中国人100来斤的身体自由，每个中国人都该有护照，有出国的自由，与单位领导无关。二是每个中国人的取钱自由，只要是你的钱，不管几百万人民币，几百亿人民币，银行无权扣留，必须让百姓取钱。就是现在2020年13亿人就争取两个自由，身体自由，取钱自由。如何争取，就看各人自己的考虑了。在网上发声，电话，传单，你坐车或步行到你不经常去，没人认识你的地方，在黑夜里喊，“每个中国人都该有取钱自由，几百万人民币，几百亿元人民币，只要是百姓的钱，银行无权扣留。” 你不到一分钟，在黑夜喊两遍，然后迅速撤退。至于说游行，示威，那要看你周围人的觉悟了。我只是说我们每个人可以做的。这两个自由应该是13亿人在2020年代长期争取的。

        华人一定要能识别中共搞的各种骗局。除了上面说的高考，中共搞的外语专业，外语院校也是骗局。中共说一门外语要学几千个外语单词，要学四年，完全骗老百姓钱。真正在民主国家工作挣钱200个外语单词足够了，200个外语单词一天就可以学会。现在2020年代网上那么字典，翻译网站，外语根本不是问题。我刘蔚今天一个西班牙语单词不会，如果我今天就出发去西班牙，我一定能在西班牙挣大钱。如果今天2020年代谁还认为外语是个问题，那他/她不是成年人。中共环境不少人不能出国就是把他自己当小学生，那些来到民主国家失败海归的华人也是把他自己当小学生，去哪里还要妈妈带。不单是外语，共产党搞专制，不可能让人学会文学，化学等任何学科的。
