<div class="content" style=""><font size="4"><strong>核心提示：北京东三环7月30日突然下雪，持续5分钟左右。</strong>8月1日中国气象局和北京市气象台均表示，气象部门没有监测到这种情况，而且当日北京的大气温度较高，不具备飘雪的自然条件，这种说法不可靠。 <br>　　京华时报8月2日报道 针对有媒体报道7月30日天空飘雪一事，昨天，中国气象局和北京市气象台均表示，气象部门没有监测到这种情况，而且当日北京的大气温度较高，不具备飘雪的自然条件，这种说法不可靠。<br>　　<br>　　7月31日有媒体报道称，7月30日下午6点10分，片片雪花突然飘落在东三环长虹桥附近。整个飘雪过程持续了5分钟左右，雪片约有5分硬币大小，刚刚落地便融化了。<br>　　<br>　　对此，北京市气象台台长郭虎表示，7月30日，市气象台没有监测到报道所描述的飘雪过程，“北京在三伏天里是根本不可能下雪的，这有悖常理。”历史上，北京在夏季也从未飘过雪，北京下雪的最早时间是10月份。<br>　　<br>　　为慎重起见，昨天上午，北京市气象台组织有关专家对此事进行了会商。市气象台专家张明英介绍，夏天冷暖气流对流剧烈，当气流突然将含有冰晶或雪花的低空积雨云拉向地面时，在零度以下的低温条件下，可能会小范围出现短时飘雪。但当天北京的大气零度层在3200米高空(即3200米高空以上的大气温度为零度)，北京近地面的大气温度在30摄氏度左右，这么高的温度容不得雪花缓缓落地。<br>　　<br>　　张明英还指出，夏季飘雪一定会伴有大风和气温骤降。气温在短时间内降至零摄氏度，前后的冷热反差会让人体感觉十分明显。但是，该报道对大风和降温都没有描述，“只是单一地说，有一位市民在家里看见下雪了”。<br>　　<br>　　气象专家们表示，从报道描述的情况来看，这既不是雪，也不是冰雹，而人工增雨不管是用高炮、火箭还是飞机作业，都不会出现泡沫状的物体。他们分析认为，30日当天北京的降雨十分猛烈，当较大的雨滴在快速下降时遇到空气阻力发生破碎，不排除有人将破碎的雨滴误认为雪花。<br>　　<br>　　昨天，中国气象局新闻发言人、预测减灾司司长宋连春表示，中国气象局在当天也没有监测到飘雪的情况，更没有接到相关报告。宋连春表示赞同北京市气象台的观点，他同样认为北京在三伏天里不可能下雪。<br>　　<br></font>

<td align="right" valign="bottom" width="100"><font size="4"> </font><br></td></tr></tbody></table><font size="4">　　现代人简直被现代科学弄晕了。凡是自己知识层面弄不明白的，就一概否定，绝不相信。我看了那个类似辟谣的报道，感觉很奇怪。不知咱们的中央气象部门何以动如此大的响动来说明夏天下雪的不可能性，而且其解释太过牵强。气象科学真得可以百分之百准确吗？事实上，老百姓都有感觉，气象部门的预报要不就是早了，要不就是晚了，经常有不准的情况。看来，气象科学并不是绝对的科学，还是需要发展的，还是需要有进步的。如果按某某人的说法，一直都是最先进的，那发展个什么啊。中国早就腾飞，可是偶咋没看到捏。只是看到物价象坐飞机一样在涨。<br>　　 科学的真正含义是一个科目的学问而已，并不是什么绝对的真理。如果现代医学最科学，那么为什么那些顶级的血液病专家搞骨髓移植后，多数孩子都很快死亡了？为什么那些得了直肠癌的患者被稀里糊涂地切了不该切的肛门，天天带着个粪袋？在西方的科学里眼里，科学也是一直处于发展中，并不是到顶了，可是到了国内却成了某些人的权势斗争的利器，可悲！</font>

对，我们就是一群被一小撮分子蛊惑的不明真相、授人以柄、还迷信的群众，当然这一撮分子一般指的是官方。不过说到迷信，政府官员为升官发财而迫使桥梁建设改道等等之类的行为，那都是科学发展观，因为专家们都会有说法。若发生些在民间，比如偶尔看个黄历而行事之类，这就成了典型的迷信。中国人的悲哀在于，真正在迷信的没有被破除。
