"Effective writing":With a group of related numbers
where one number is above ten in a sentence, write the numbers all
in figures. Use words if all related numbers are ten or
below.

E.g.
"I asked forfivepencils, not50." - Incorrect.

E.g. "I asked for5pencils, not50." - Correct.
E.g. "Mytencats fought with
theironecat. Their cat won." - Correct.
