<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT color=#000000 size=3>在毛泽东长期的祸国殃民政策的荼炭下，遂使“国民经济已经到了崩溃的边缘”。邓小平看着，再这样下去，就要把共产党政权玩完了。他急了，于是病急乱投医，对西方的船坚炮利之制造技术情有独钟（后来才逐渐认识到“制器之器”的重要性），而对西方的政治文明和政治智慧之结晶，如保障言论自由、思想自由，以迸发社会的创造性活力，如权力制衡、多党竞争，如保障人权、限制公权等等，则视之为洪水猛兽。恨不得驱之、除之、隔绝之而后快。</FONT></SPAN></P>
