一、缘起
21世纪中华文化复兴，它包括自然科学、社会科学、心灵科学等深广的领域，不仅在中国实现政治、经济、信仰的成功本土化，也将西方传入的诸多艺术形式如油画、音乐、诗歌、建筑、电影、文学等完成本土化表达及转型；无论是宇宙本体论、世界方法论、普世价值论、实现统帅东西方逻辑的天道辩证逻辑论的探索，还是艺术的形式与内涵、创作方法论与审美思维的创新，乃至全面深刻的文化重建，皆由于中国百年社会转型中诞生的大批世界级的艺术家、文学家、科学家、思想家的献身和引领，都足以震撼世界、引导时代潮流，推动五千年以来，全球整体意义上的文化与文明转型，结束中国百年文化自卑，复兴中华民族，实现中华世纪。
鉴此，以国学大师文怀沙先生为名誉主席，以谯达摩为主席、刘浩锋为执行主席、蔡印龙为副主席等，牵头发起成立了“孔子国际艺术奖”、“孔子文学奖”，专门颁给为人类文学艺术做出杰出贡献的世界级大师，推进东西方文化艺术形式与审美的互动交融多元共进、创造世界艺术新形式与新思想做出卓越贡献的世界杰出艺术大师，以增进人类和平与世界和谐之伟业。

“孔子国际艺术奖”、“孔子文学奖”的评选与颁奖，宣布了中国艺术精英在坚持走特色社会主义道路上，为中华民族复兴把握世界文学与艺术话语权的精神觉醒与软实力展现，恰如东方睡狮觉醒，代表东方中国文化艺术价值的“孔子国际艺术奖”“孔子文学奖”，旨在领跑世界文艺复兴新潮流。


二、具备下列条件者，可荣膺孔子国际艺术奖与孔子文学奖：

1、为人类文学艺术做出杰出贡献的世界级大师；
2、推进东西方文化艺术形式与审美的互动交融多元共进、创造世界艺术新形式与新思想做出卓越贡献的世界杰出文学与艺术大师。


三、评选办法：

1、坚持以公开、公平、公正、科学、理性为原则；


2、采取民主集中制原则；贯通道统，统筹民意；

3、由组委会初评，评委会终评，经公证程序公开颁布。

四、每年颁奖日期，定为10月9日。

五、组委会、评委会等主席、执行主席、副主席，实行轮流制，每届任期两年。

六、孔子国际艺术奖、孔子文学奖章程。

七、孔子国际艺术奖、孔子文学奖候选人。

AnnouncementOrigin：The renaissance of Chinese Culture in the 21 century, which includes such profound and wide fields as natural science, social science, mind science, etc.,is not only successfully localizing politics, economy and faith in China, but also localizing and transforming many types of arts imported from West such as canvas painting, music, poem, architecture, movie, literature, etc. All of these explodings, cosmic ontology, international methodology, universal axiology, dialectal logos with heavenly law, which can realize the dominance of both western and eastern logos, also including the innovation of the form and connotation of arts and creation of methodology, even comprehensive and profound cultural reconstruction, are originated from the sacrifice and guidance of a great number of world-class artists, literatures, scientists and ideologists who are born in the period of China’s social transition in the recent hundred years, and cosm since five thousand years,end Chinese cultural self-humiliation during the past hundred years, revival great Chinese nation, and realare able to convulse the world, lead the fashion of the new age, drive the cultural and civil transformation of the world in the way of macroize the Chinese new century.
As reasons above, the Confucius International Arts Prize and the Confucius Literature Prize are founded by Mr. Huaisha Wen, the master of Chinese ancient civilization studies, as the honor Chairman, Damo Qiao as the Chairman, Haofeng Liu as the executive Chairman, Yinlong Cai as the Vice Chairman, and to be especially granted to those World-Class masters who made preeminent contribution to human being’s literatures and arts, who pushed forward the communication and joint progress of the art and culture forms and aesthetics of the West and the East, and who made preeminent contribution to the creation of new world class art forms and new thoughts, to facilitate the great project of increasing the peace and harmony of the world and human beings.
The selection after evaluation and the awarding of the Confucius International Arts Prize and the Confucius Literature Prize reflects the flexibility and Complement of the spirits of Eastern art and Western culture, and Provides new
coordinates for handling the trend of the world literature and art for the Chinese nation’s great renaissance. The Confucius International Arts Prize and the Confucius Literature Prize, which represent the eastern cultural and artistic value, are aimed to lead the new fashion of the world renaissance of literature and arts in the 21 century.
Persons award the Confucius International Art Prize & Confucius Literature Prize, according to the following conditions:1 These great world-class masters, who have made outstanding contributions for human literatures and arts.2 These prominent World-Class masters,
who pushed forward the communication and joint progress of the art and culture forms and aesthetics of the West and the East, and who made preeminent contribution to the creation of new world class art forms and new thoughts.
