1975年重庆，我5岁了。这时黑暗包裹了世界。妈妈开始在煤油炉子上做晚饭了。煤油炉子外面是绿色，里面是黑色，它大约二十厘米高。妈妈在上面煮着什么。她似乎对做饭不怎么感兴趣，我不在意，我也不喜欢吃饭。我一顿饭要吃一个小时。我情愿吃药，吃药就简单多了，把药片往嘴里一放，然后喝口水，一吞就玩了。一分钟之内我就能完成。我不理解为什么其它人对吃饭那么有兴趣，而觉得吃药那么可怕。

Chongqing, China 1975 and I reach 5 years old. Now the darkness has embraced the world. My mom starts to make dinner on the kerosene stove. The kerosene stove is about 8 inches high, looking green outside and looking black inside. My mom is boiling something on it. It seems that she does not have much interest in cooking. I don’t care and don’t like eating either. It takes me an hour to finish a meal. I feel taking medicine is much simpler. Putting the pills into the mouth, drinking water, and then swallowing, that’s it. I can finish taking medicine in a minute. I don’t understand why other people like eating that much and fear taking medicine so much.

晚饭好了。蒸的白饭，有菜的时候也不会超过一个。

Now the dinner is ready, steamed white rice. There won’t be more than 1 dish if there is any dish at all.

“妈妈，没菜吃，我觉得白饭好难吃，”我慢慢地说。

“Mom, there isn’t dish. I feel hard to eat the white rice,” I say slowly.

“老蔚，你放些白糖在饭上面，”妈妈说。

“Old Wei, you put some white sugar on it,” my mom says.

我放一小勺白糖在白饭上，好吃。图片如下。在大多数晚上，我们的晚饭就是那样。为此我还编了两句歌词：“三溪口的大山里没有好茶饭，只有那白糖一小勺，下着那白米饭。”有些时候，妈妈因为晚饭难过，我并不觉得难过。甜甜的饭让我不那么费力吃完了晚餐。为什么一定要更多的菜呢？

I put a spoonful of white sugar on the white rice, delicious. The picture is here. On most nights, our dinner is like that. I write 2 song sentences for it, “There isn’t good meal in the big hills of Three-Creek Area, only a spoonful of white sugar and white rice for a meal.” Sometimes my Mom feels sad for the dinner. I don’t feel sad. The sweet white rice let me finish the dinner without much struggling. Why do we have to have dishes for dinner?

看着我吃得慢，妈妈对我说，“老蔚，看看你，吃饭变成了苦差事。不应该是那样，吃饭是一种享受。”

Looking at me eating slowly, my Mom says to me, “Old Wei, looking at you, eating becomes drudgery. It shouldn’t go that way. Eating is a pleasure to people.”

我没说什么，她说的可能是对的。广播里那么多宣传中，常常说中国哪里来了一个粮食丰收。我知道粮食是拿来吃的。同时，在那一刻，我觉得妈妈说话就象一个关心我的人说的。外面是漆黑一片，静悄悄的。家里面是黄色的灯光，有些暗，锅在燃着的煤油炉子上，还有我妈妈。家庭生活多么温馨的一刻。唉，这样时刻罕见。

I don’t say anything. Probably she’s right. In the mass propaganda of the media, they often say somewhere in China there is a big harvest. I know the crop harvested is for eating. Meanwhile, at that moment, I feel my mom talking is like one who cares for me. Outside is all darkness, soundless; inside is the yellow light, somewhat dim, a pot on the kerosene stove with fire, and my mom. What a cozy moment of family life. Such moment is rare.

并不是每个晚上都是这么安静。在许多晚上，我们都被召集到外面参加批斗会，痛骂或打那些所谓的阶级敌人。我觉得对阶级敌人并没有什么确定的标准，看来每个人都可能是阶级敌人。如果一个我认识的好人哪天被贴上阶级敌人的标签，我不会觉得奇怪。

Not every night is as quiet as that. Many a night, we are summoned to the outside field for the inflicting gathering, inveighing or beating those so called Class Enemy. I feel there isn’t any clear standard for class enemy. It is possible that every one to be the class enemy. If some day a person who I like gets labeled as class enemy, I won’t feel surprised.

站在野地里，我周围都是高的，大的人。他们是重庆五十二中学的学生。有趣的是时不时每个人就一下子把他们的拳头举过了头，上千个拳头在空中挥舞，上千个喉咙在喊，“打倒—打倒—”我希望那不是冲我妈妈来的。

Standing in the field, I feel people around me are all tall and big. They are the students of No. 52 High School of Chongqing. It’s interesting that from time to time, all of a suddenly, every one raise his/her fist above their head, making hundreds of fists waiving forcefully in the air, and hundreds of mouths shouting, “Beat down—beat down—” I wish this is not for my mom.

在没有人权的中国，民众被投进文革，高考，无限物质，无限污染等一个又一个的角斗场。在1970年代到2010年代的高考角斗场里，我们学生每天学习13个小时，洒下了无数泪水。我刘蔚是个弱者。13亿人什么时候才能有自己的住房，医疗？什么时候才能不受高温，污染之害？什么时候才能快乐多过痛苦？实现土地权，福利权，表决权，现金权四项基本人权全民一人一份的民主公平的新中国，才能使13亿人脱离苦海，享有快乐。对于这四项基本人权，我们愿意13亿人一人一票进行表决，并估计赞成票会超过反对票，所以我们才讲出来。四项基本人权如下。


In China, where there are no human rights, people are thrown by the high Communist officials into the battlefields one after another. From the 1970s to the 2010s, in the battlefield of the Entrance Examination to College, we Chinese students study 13 hours a day to survive that exam and shed many tears, with faint hope to make a living. Less than 2% of people can make a living on his own. When can 1.3 billion Chinese people have our own house, our own medical care? When can we Chinese people free from the 100 degrees heat waves and the pollution? When can we have enough time for chess, mahjong, classics books and other good things that give happiness to ourselves and other people? In the 2010s, living in China one day is equal to have a pack of cigarette. The solution is to build up a fair, democratic new world, including a fair, democratic new China. Any human is entitled to the 4 Fundamental Human Rights including the land right, the welfare right, the decision-making right and the cash right. For the 4 Fundamental Human Rights, we are willing to have a universal vote and reckon that the pros will be more than the cons. So we bring them forward in the following.


1．        土地权：满18岁的每位成年人拥有老天给他生存的2000平方米的土地去生存，包括建房，种地，死后不遗传，交还民选政府由后来满18岁的人领取，一人一份。

1.        The Land Right: Every person reaching 18 years old is entitled to have about     
      half an acre of land given by God for him/her to live, which let any person   
      build their house and plant crops for food. The land does not pass down to     
      one’s children when one dies, but return to the people-elected government   
      for other people to have who reaching 18 years old later. One person, one  
      portion.      

2．        福利权：占用了老天给民众生存的土地的政府有责任给每人提供住房，食品，教育，医疗四项生存福利，一人一份。如果公民自己已解决，则不再从政府领取。

2.        The Welfare Right: Any government that has used the land given by God for people to live has the responsibility to give every person the 4 living welfares of housing, food, education and medical care, one person, one portion. If one has solved it by oneself, then one does not get that kind of welfare from the government any more.

3．        表决权：法律，政策，如企业税率，政府预算分配比例，全国应有多少万军队，学生一天上多少节课，应由民众一人一票表决，决定是否实行。不要再谈什么社会主义，资本主义，左派，右派，人类只该有一个主义/派别，就是全民一人一票决定国家的法律，政策。实践本身不会说话，经历了实践的民众一人一票的表决才是检验真理的唯一标准。

3.        The Decision-Making Right: All the laws and policies like the tax rate, the government budget, how many divisions the armed force should have, how many classes the student should have a day, should be all decided by people’s vote, one person, one ballot, to decide whether to enact. Don’t talk about socialism, capitalism, left or right any more. Mankind should have only one doctrine. That is all people decide the law and policy of a country by our universal vote. Experience itself cannot talk. The universal vote by people who has experience is the only criterion to decide whether an opinion is truth or fallacy.

4．        现金权：属于民众的现金应该全民一人一份。如一年民选政府收到海内外捐款2600亿元给中国民众，此款就应在13亿人中平分，每人该年应获得2600/13=200元。

4.        The Cash Right: The cash that belongs to all people should be divided evenly among all the people, one person, one portion. For instance, if one year the people-elected government receives the total donation of 260 billion dollars inside and outside China for Chinese people, then this amount should be divided evenly among the 1.3 billion Chinese people, and every Chinese that year should have 260/1.3=200 dollars.

实现四项基本人权后，每人每天平均工作/劳动1小时就能解决住房，食品，教育，医疗四项物质生存，而不会象进行文革，高考，无限物质等各种角斗场的中国，绝大多数人每天工作/劳动8小时，干8辈子也难以解决1辈子需要的住房等四项物质生存，强盗，娼妓遍地。

After realizing the 4 Fundamental Human Rights, every one will be able to solve the 4 material living of housing, food, education and medical care by working or laboring 1 hour per day on average. And people will no longer be thrown into the battlefields of the Cultural Revolution, the Entrance Examination to College, Endless Material Production, in which over 90% of people work 8 hours per day for 8 life spans and still unable to solve the 4 material living like housing, and gangsters and prostitutes are everywhere in Communist China.

那些反对我们观点的人恨不得把词典里所有的贬义词都加在我们公友/觉醒人士/普通百姓身上，但他们从来不愿意民众就他们的观点或我们的观点进行一人一票的表决，而我们是从来愿意进行这样的表决的。这样各位就知道谁是自欺欺人，谁是真诚为民的了。凡是大部分赞成我们四项基本人权观点的人，我们相互称为公友/同志/觉醒人士/民.主人士/普通百姓，就象棋友，牌友，书友一样，不需要登记。不要指望你，我的任何言行能改变本市，乃至全国的状况，如果那样指望，我们简直连象棋，麻将，人权，名著，甚至吃饭，睡觉都不该进行了。哪怕你下一辈子棋，全市的棋艺多半不会因此提高。我们做这些都是各人自身的需要。民主人权，宗教信仰，象棋，麻将，名著，围棋，乒乓球，羽毛球是人类八项优秀活动，因为它们基本上不消耗物质，不污染环境，不伤害他人，就给自己，给别人带来了快乐。

Those who oppose us want to or have put all the negative words from the dictionary upon us human rights activists/awakening people/common people, but they never like people to have a universal vote upon their opinion or our opinion, and we always like people to have such vote. Then people can tell who are lying and who are serving the people honestly. For those who largely agree to our 4 Fundamental Human Rights, we call each other human rights activist/comrade/awakened people/common people, which is like the chess friends, the cards friends, the book reading friends, no need to register. Do not expect to change the situation of a city, even a country by any action or words from us. If we have such expectation, we truly cannot do anything in our life. We cannot have activities of chess, mahjong, human rights, masterpieces, even eating or sleeping. For instance, even if you have activity with chess for your entire life, the chess skill of the city you live in is unlikely to enhance a little. We having these activities is for our own need. Democracy/human rights, religion/faith, chess, mahjong, masterpieces, go, ping pang, badminton are 8 outstanding activities of mankind. Because they almost do not consume any material/wealth or pollute the environment or hurt people, and meanwhile they bring happiness to oneself and other people as well.   

1990年代以来中共媒体宣扬的人主要追求的该是物质/财富是对人的巨大误导。古今中外的历史/民众都不肯定富豪，肯定的是主要追求民主，人权，公平等美好精神的人。如上所述，在一个有民主，人权的社会里，住房，吃饭根本不会是问题。吃饱了饭干什么？这才是各位，13亿人需要思考的问题。如果一个人一生主要就追求物质/财富，那他/她一生最终的结论就是这样，“此人消耗了多少平方米住房，多少吨猪肉，多少吨大米，多少吨汽油，一生没有任何推进民主，人权，公平的进步言行。”各位希望自己一生这样过吗？真的要把自己降低到主要追求物质，感官刺激的动物状态吗？大法弟子说得好，“我们就是要做个好人。”做个好人，这就对了。八九民.运好，好就好在它主要追求的是民主，人权等美好精神，而不是学生们联合起来成立公司去挣钱。我们赞成用蓝色作为追求民主/人权的颜色。挣钱吃饭，解决物质只该是人生一小部分，大部分该追求美好精神。一个不讲民主，人权，公平的社会还叫什么人的社会？

Since the 1990s, it has been a big misleading for Chinese Communist media to say that the major significance of human life is for material/wealth. History/people from past to present in the world do not praise the rich people at all, and praise those whose life mainly pursue the good spirit like democracy, human rights and fairness. As mentioned above, in a society with democracy and human rights, housing and food will not be a problem at all. What we do after meal? That is the major question for people. If one’s life mainly pursue material/wealth, then one’s life conclusion will be like this, “This person has consumed how many square feet of housing, how many tons of pork, how many tons of rice, how many tons of gasoline in his life, and has never had any words or action to promote democracy, human rights and fairness.” Does any one want to lead a life like this? Does any one that truly wants to degrade to the animal that mainly pursues material, sensory stimulation? Falun Gong believers say well, “We just want to be a good person.” That’s right, to be a good person. The 1989 Democracy Movement in China is good because it mainly pursues the good spirit of democracy and human rights, and it does not unify the students to form up some company to make money. We agree to use blue as the color for democracy and human rights. Making money or to solve the material problem is only a small part of human life. People’s major life goal should be for good spirit. How can a society that seldom sees democracy, human rights and fairness be called a human society?

现在2013年，中国的前途肯定取决于民心。民心相悖是事业成败的关键，这是颠扑不破，千真万确的真理。如果多数人还是想着春节怎么给官员送礼，怎么成为官员，那不是让专制腐败的制度继续吗？如果多数人象我刘蔚这样，主要追求的是民主，人权，公平等美好精神，那13亿人的什么权利今天就实现了，这一点各界人士都不会怀疑。而成为我这样，不需要任何物质，我身子弱，钱也少，成为我或者说中国实现民主公平，需要只是民众的精神/思想。就我们的日常生活而言，过多的物质不但不带来好处，还带来坏处。100平方米以上的住房并不能让人睡得更好，每天去餐馆并不能让人更健康，化妆美肤品多半让人老得更快。同时任何物质都会带来能源消耗，环境污染。人的身心健康根本上靠人美好的精神追求。需要怎样的人生，就看各位，13亿人自己选择了。

Now 2013, the future of China will be definitely decided by Chinese people’s desire. People’s will/desire is the decisive element in any event, which is a truth that has been testified many times. If most Chinese still think of how to give gifts to the officials in the holidays, how to become an official, then that just lets the dictator’s corruptive system continue; if most people are like me, Wei Liu, mainly pursue the good spirit of democracy, human rights, fairness, then 1.3 billion Chinese people should already have all the rights we deserve by now, and nobody from any party doubt it. To become a human rights activists like me does not need any material/wealth. I’m physically weak and have little money. To become me or China realizing democracy and fairness only needs people’s spirit or idea. As for our daily life, extra material/wealth does not benefit us at all, and harms us. The house over 1,000 square feet does not let one sleep better; every day eating in the restaurant does not make one healthier; cosmetics are more likely to make one older. Moreover, any material will bring energy consumption and environmental pollution. One’s physical and mental health mainly relies on one’s pursuit for good spirit. What kind of life a person wants? That is a fundamental question for Chinese people, for people in other countries as well.

Every person, every media are welcomed to publish, to spread my articles. People shouldn’t have any worry. Since we believe among Chinese people there are more pros than cons for our 4 Fundamental Human Rights, then any entity having over 1 million people in China, no matter what party it is, it will have the same result. Meanwhile, whenever the Communist media report assault or chaos happen somewhere or troops get sent somewhere for protection in China, it is that people there launch out uprising. An unreal reform will absolutely lead to real revolution. In the 2010s every year in China there are over 300,000 so-called Group Events, with each one having over 500 people participating. Every one of the 1.3 billion people in China now may form a group about 3 people so that we may protect ourselves better during an action. Even if we common people are unable to do anything, we can always shout on street, “Now we declare to form the Democratic Government of China, to form the Democratic Government of China!” What tremendous influence will it have upon people around. Such tremendous influence is from people’s heart. Over 99% of people including those sent by the Communist regime to inflict us directly should be on the side of us common people.
