1979年重庆，我9岁了。我举起了我的望远镜，进入了21世纪。中共军有时一个连打一个山头，全连基本上打光了，冲上去一看，越方就是一位老太婆抱着一挺机枪。从现在了解到的情况看，中共军很多时候是靠官兵的血肉之躯去扫雷。一个连可能就这样失去战力了，而越方不伤一人。也有越南几名游击队员，9支冲锋枪，而中共军一尖刀连勇敢冲锋，被消灭了大半。再有，中共军的密集队形常常受到越军远程炮火的严重杀伤，越军把中共一个营打光了，它自己还不伤一人。
1979, Chongqing, China, and I’m 9 years old. I hold up my telescope and enter the 21st century. In the 1979 Vietnam War, sometimes the Chinese Communist Army uses a company to attack a hill, losing almost the entire company and when reaching the hill top, they only find an old lady holding a machine gun. From what we learn, the Chinese Communist Army many times let the soldiers use their body to detonate the land mines. A company may lose its fighting power without getting a single Vietnamese soldier wounded. There are also several Vietnamese militia, with 9 sub-machine guns against the brave charge of a Chinese Crack company and annihilates most of that company. There are also scenes that the dense formations of Chinese Communist Army receive heavy casualties from the Vietnamese long range artillery. Sometimes the Vietnamese annihilates an entire battalion of the Chinese Communist Army without a single casualty of itself.

2010年以来，有些人说，“越军的伤亡更大。”我们不相信这样的说法，认为中共军的伤亡/损失比越军大得多。在计算越军损失时，有一个大问题是如何算没穿军服的越方人员的伤亡。不错，越方是有平民参战，所谓游击队员/民兵，但并非所有的平民都是游击队员。从了解到的情况看，中共部队是把越方平民的伤亡都算为越军损失，这显然是不对的。它万炮齐鸣，不知道打垮了多少越南人的民房，打死打伤了多少越南的平民，这些它都算为越方的损失，自己的战绩。实际上这是杀害平民，在战争是应该尽量避免的。在战场上，真正穿制服/军服被中共军杀伤的越军其实很少。
Since the 2010s, some people say, “Vietnamese has more casualties during the 1979 Vietnam War.” We don’t believe it at all, and hold that Chinese Communist has many more casualties than the other side. When counting the loss of the Vietnam, there is a problem of how to count the casualties of Vietnam personnel that do not wear a uniform. It is true that there are Vietnam civilians fighting, so-called militia, but not all the civilians are militia. From what we learn, the Chinese Communist Army counts the civilian loss of Vietnam as the loss of Vietnam military, which is obviously wrong. When Chinese Communist uses 10,000 artillery guns throwing shells, that has destroyed numerous Vietnamese houses and has killed and wounded numerous Vietnamese people. And the Chinese Communist counts all these as its military achievement. In fact, all these casualties upon the civilians should be avoided. The number of the Vietnam soldiers in uniform that Chinese Communist Army actually kill or wound is so small.
中越战争中最大的战役是高平战役。高平北距广西约30公里，东南距广西约70公里。高平是越南高平省省会，面积约4平方公里。周围多高山峡谷，山的相对高度高达500米，还有许多山洞，丛林茂密。驻守在这里的越军第346师。高平位于东线总指挥许世友的作战范围。中共军发起高平战役的意图是投入41军，42军，129师共7个师，从广西边境出发，南北对进，意图在约4天的时间内全歼越军第346师。
The largest battle in the 1979 Vietnam War is Gaoping Battle. Gaoping, a Vietnamese town, is 20 miles south to Guangxi Region, China, 40 miles northwest to Guangxi Region, China. It is the provincial capital of Gaoping Province, Vietnam, having an area of 3 square miles. Around it, it is all the high hills and deep valleys, with the comparative height being 1500 feet, with also many caves, dense forests. No. 346 Division of Vietnam is stationed here. This belongs to the area of East Front Commander of Xu Shiyou, the Chinese Communist general. The intention of the Chinese Communist for Gaoping Battle is to deploy its No. 41 Army, No. 42 Army and No. 127 Division, starting from the border of Guangxi Region, attacking from both the north and the south, aiming to annihilate No. 346 Division of Vietnam within 4 days.
按理讲用4倍的兵力去进攻对方，会消灭对方大半人马，5倍于对方的兵力可以全歼对方。中共东线采用7倍于对方的兵力，完全可以全歼对方，结果呢？1979年2月18日高平战役打响。41军从北线进攻，42军从南线进攻，南北对进，意图全歼在高平的越军346师/高北师。中共军还投入了300辆坦克参加会战。
By normal logic, using 4 times of force against the enemy should annihilate most of the enemy; using 5 times of force should annihilate the entire enemy unit. Chinese Communist East Front using 7 times of force against the enemy should annihilate the entire No. 346 Division of Vietnam. Then what is the result? On February 18, 1979, Gaoping Battle started. Chinese Communist No. 41 Army from the north and No. 42 from the south both launch out the attack, aiming at annihilate the entire No. 346 Division of Vietnam/Gao North Division. Chinese Communist Army also deploys 300 tanks in this battle.
越军的前线指挥官/司令员是文进勇，指挥越军在北部的6个师对抗中共军10个军30个师的进攻。而当面面对许世友东线7个师向高平攻击的是越军第346师，师长黄便山，师政委黄越龙。对越战争/侵越战争爆发后，面对中共军7个师10万人马的凶猛进攻，越军346师约15000官兵沉着应战。在中共军可能进兵的路线上层层设防，埋设地雷，配制反坦克武器，枕戈待旦。在越军的火箭筒，无后座力炮面前，中共军的坦克并非铜墙铁壁，一个坦克连10来辆坦克，常常几分钟就被越军10几个人的反坦克小组报销了。中共士兵绑在坦克顶部以实现步坦协同，却遭到躲在山林里的越军的严重杀伤。
Vietnam Front Commander is Wen Jinyong, commanding the 6 Vietnamese Divisions against the 30 Chinese Communist Divisions. In Gaoping, Chinese Communist general Xu Shiyou is commanding 7 divisions against No. 346 Division of Vietnam, with Huang Bianshan as its Division Commander and Huang Yuelong as its Division Political Officer. Facing the vehement attack of the 7 divisions of Chinese Communist, 15,000 Vietnamese soldiers fight with composure, setting their defense line on the possible attacking routes of Chinese Communist, setting up the land mines, deploying the anti-tank weapons, waiting at night. When fighting against the rockets, mortars, the Chinese Communist tanks are not invincible. It is often seen that in several minutes, around 10 tanks of a tank company of Chinese Communist all get destroyed by 10-odd soldiers of anti-tank platoon of Vietnam. Chinese Communist ties their infantry soldiers on the top of the tanks by ropes and receives heavy casualties by the Vietnam soldiers hiding in the deep woods and hill hills.

中共执政的60来年，从1950年代到今天2010年代，在中国搞的根本上就是掠夺全民土地，掠夺全民住房等生存福利，然后把全民抛进战争，反右，文革，高考，无限物质，无限污染，无限腐败等一个又一个的角斗场里。毛泽东时代就害死了8千万人，包括1959到1962年三年饥荒饿死了4千万人。2000年以来中国每年非正常死亡300万人以上，包括每年因环境污染死亡60万人以上，每年因过度工作死亡60万人，过度工作是每周工作50小时以上，每年还有200万人进行自杀。2010年代中国满18岁的10亿中国人的平均收入不过1年1万元人民币，工作30年，一生收入不过30万元人民币。而普通一套住房达到160万元，一人一生的食品费用达70万元，教育费用至少10万元，医疗费用至少10万元。一人一生的住房，食品，教育，医疗全部四项生存的费用在中共治下2010年代达160+70+10+10=250万元人民币。250万/30万>8。就是说普通百姓干8辈子也挣不到1辈子所需的住房等四项生存。同时，中国的环境崩溃了。民国时，北京周围100公里有80多条河流，地下水位在2米左右；2000年起看不到1条河流了，地下水位在约40米，70%以上的水面严重污染。1980年代以前，中国只有重庆，武汉，南京三大火炉，2000年起，夏天全国都成了火炉。冬天的雾霾里，3米外认不出熟人。全国25%的土壤重金属含量超标，种出来的农产品有毒。2000年以上满18岁的10亿中国人中，98%以上的人不能解决住房，食品，教育，医疗四项生存的一项或多项。从1949年到2010年代中国的状况用八个字来形容就是“民不聊生，环境崩溃”。
Abstract of “All-People Revolution in China”:
Since 1949, the Chinese Communist Regime has robbed all Chinese people of land, of welfares like housing and food and then thrown people into its battlefields of war including the Korean War, movements persecuting innocent people, the Cultural Revolution, the Grand Examination to College, the unlimited production, the unlimited pollution and the unlimited corruption. In the 2010s, the expenses of basic livings including housing, food, education and medical care have been over 8 times as that of people’s income. Over 98% of Chinese adults cannot solve all the four livings of housing, food, education and medical care by themselves and rely on their family for a living. Meanwhile, the environment in China has seen its debacle, living there one day is like smoking a pack of cigarette. Thus, the 1.3 billion Chinese people are fully justified to overthrow the Chinese Communist Regime to establish a democratic new China. We common people hold that the Land Right, the Welfare Right, the Voting Right and the Cash Right are the 4 Fundamental Human Rights. World history has shown over and over than human value lies in how much effort one makes in the fields of democracy, culture and science, not how much material/wealth one consumes.
21世纪世界有120个国家实行了民众一人一票选举总统，州长/省长，县长，议员的民主制度。那里的民众即使没有收入，也有住房，食品，教育，医疗四项生存/福利，物质生活无忧。2010年代从中国来到民主国家的华人至少是一千万人了。不少人发现在民主国家，如果一个人不开车，不吃海鲜，实际上不上班都可以。美国给低收入者的食品票是约每人每月88美金，而1美金可以买约1斤鸡肉，就是说可以买88斤鸡肉了。一个人根本吃不了。这是横向比。纵向比，中国历代几千年，每人有老天给他生存的上万平方米的土地，过着无忧无虑的生活。诸葛亮，杜甫，孟浩然都是普通的农人，刘备请诸葛亮当副统帅，他还不愿意。就是这些普通的农人创造了以唐诗宋词为高峰的灿烂的中华文明。而来自西方的马列中共党掠夺全民土地，掠夺全民福利，给中国带来的不是幸福，而是苦难；不是进步，而是退步。在民众生活困苦的同时，中共高官子弟日进斗金。2006年中国3000名高官子弟拥有的财富就是2万亿元人民币，平均每人6.7亿元。进入2010年代，中国1%的人占有中国99%的财富。不掠夺老天给我们每个人生存的一份土地，中共几万名县级（含）以上高官，一个人可能获得比我们普通百姓一个人多千倍，万倍的财富吗？可见，中共高官是中国有史以来唯一的反革命，反动派，汉奸。几十年来，中国13亿人的苦难就是因为这个反动政权在祸国殃民。这正是“农夫心内如汤煮，公子王孙把扇摇。” 中国民众应该有宗教信仰自由，虽然中共高官一再打压信仰自由。八九民运好，法轮大法好，基督教好。
Abstract of “All-People Revolution in China” continued:
We also hold that democracy, faith, masterpieces, mahjong, chess, go, walking, ping pang as the 8 Excellent Human Activities, because they do not consume materials and do not cause pollution and give the player and others happiness. Producing 1 pound of meat will consume over 10 tons of water. Spirit/information, not material/wealth gives people constant happiness. In the 2010s, China has about 100 million Falun Gong believers, 100 million Christians, 300 million Bushtits. Though the Communist regime oppresses believers in China, Chinese people should have the religious freedom just like the people in other countries. All the democratic countries in the world, including the United State, Canada, Australia, Britain, Japan, and etc. should all participate in democratizing China. In the 21st century, millions of Chinese people have walked on street every year to protest against the Communist regime for various kinds of reasons, and thousands of people every year attacked the regime personnel, using fist, knife, gun, explosive, and the Communist regime every year deploys over 1 million soldier/time to deal with people’s uprising. It appears that the All-People Revolution in China is already under way. We wish all those largely agree on our ideas call each other “Human Rights Worker”, “Democratic People”, “Awakened People” or “Common People” and tell at least 5 people about our ideas of “4 Fundamental Human Rights” and “8 Excellent Human Activities”, to save ourselves, to save our friends and to save our country. Chinese people should have their religious freedom. The 1989 Democratic Movement, Falun Gong and Christianity are all excellent.
实现土地权，福利权，表决权，现金权四项基本人权全民一人一份的民主公平的新中国，才能使13亿人脱离苦海，享有快乐。对于这四项基本人权，我们愿意13亿人一人一票进行表决，并估计赞成票会超过反对票，所以我们才讲出来。四项基本人权如下。
The solution is to build up a fair, democratic new world, including a fair, democratic new China. Any human is entitled to the 4 Fundamental Human Rights including the land right, the welfare right, the decision-making right and the cash right. For the 4 Fundamental Human Rights, we are willing to have a universal vote and reckon that the pros will be more than the cons. So we bring them forward in the following.
1． 土地权：满18岁的每位成年人拥有老天给他生存的2000平方米的土地去生存，包括建房，种地，死后不遗传，交还民选政府由后来满18岁的人领取，一人一份。
2． 福利权：占用了老天给民众生存的土地的政府有责任给每人提供住房，食品，教育，医疗四项生存福利，一人一份。如果公民自己已解决，则不再从政府领取。
3. 表决权：法律，政策，如企业税率，政府预算分配比例，全国应有多少万军队，学生一天上多少节课，应由民众一人一票表决，决定是否实行。不要再谈什么社会主义，资本主义，左派，右派，人类只该有一个主义/派别，就是全民一人一票决定国家的法律，政策。不愿意13亿民众有决定权的人绝不会是真正的爱国者。实践本身不会说话，经历了实践的民众一人一票的表决才是检验真理的唯一标准。
4. 现金权：属于民众的现金应该全民一人一份。如一年民选政府收到海内外捐款2600亿元给中国民众，此款就应在13亿人中平分，每人该年应获得2600/13=200元。
实现四项基本人权后，每人每天平均工作/劳动1小时就能解决住房，食品，教育，医疗全部四项物质生存。那时每人可以每天进行12小时阅读，麻将，围棋，象棋，乒乓等任何他/她喜爱干的事情。那些反对我们观点的人恨不得把词典里所有的贬义词都加在我们公友/觉醒人士/普通百姓身上，但他们从来不愿意民众就他们的观点或我们的观点进行一人一票的表决，而我们是从来愿意进行这样的表决的。这样各位就知道谁是图谋私利，谁是服务民众的了。凡是大部分赞成我们四项基本人权观点的人，我们相互称为公友/同志/觉醒人士/民主人士/普通百姓，就象棋友，牌友，书友一样，不需要登记。建议组成三人左右的小组，这样在行动的当时多半不吃亏。我们进行的是一场中国民众从没有家园到有家园，从没有民主人权到有民主人权的伟大的中国全民大革命。
单位因员工工作而给员工的物质叫报酬，政府因占用了民众的土地给民众的物质才叫福利。如美国民选政府给低收入者，包括无收入者每月88美金的食品票才叫福利。1949年以来中国人实际上是没有任何福利的。中共制定法律的人大代表不是民众选举产生，如北京市人大代表就是不是北京二千万居民一人一票选举产生，制定的法律也没有经过民众一人一票表决通过，中共的整个法律毫无民意，完全是非法的。中共媒体还经常说造谣。造谣是明知是这样而有意说成别样。比如中共明明知道抗日战争的23场战役中的22场都是国军打的，却说它中共是抗战的主力军，这就是造谣。而一个人如果有看法，只要真心那么认为，即使被证明错误，也不是造谣。就是学生也不能要求他得100分，不能要求谁永远正确。我们是说13亿人完全可以发表各种观点，只要你真的那么认为。我刘蔚要做当代杜甫，书写民众的疾苦。

这里我们欢迎世界各国军民抗击中共政权，解放中国民众。2010年起，一旦中共政权与美国，俄国，日本，印度，英国，台湾，南朝鲜，越南，菲律宾，马来西亚，印度尼西亚，缅甸等任何一国发生军事冲突，上述国家最需要做的事，也是对中共政权打击最大的事就是摧毁中共多个县/市的政权楼，每个县/市有中共县委，公安局两幢政权楼。县下面还有镇，也有中共的政权楼。2010年代中国约有3千个县，2万个镇。以上各国平时摸清中共各个政权楼的坐标/经纬度，一旦开战，完全可以用空军，导弹，甚至炮弹摧毁。同时上述各国每天滚动式播出号召中国13亿人起义的广播，包括文字，每小时播一遍，每天播24遍，通过广播，视频，网站文字全方位向中国13亿人播出，从2016年2月就开始播放吧，坚持半年播放必有成效。民主起义信息，包括推翻中共政权，实现四项基本人权，八九民运好，法轮大法好，基督教好，建立民主人权的新中国等信息，一旦传到中国民众，美国，日本，台湾，越南，印度等国的军力在中共看来就壮大了十倍。比如说，台湾的一个师在中共看来就等于十个师了。中共政权最怕的还不是原子弹，而是民众起义。准备摧毁中共的政权楼，号召中国13亿人起义也是美国，日本，台湾，菲律宾等民选政府维护本国权益所必需做的。可以说美国，日本，台湾，菲律宾等国政府用100人来每天广播，400人操作飞机，导弹预备摧毁中共的政权楼，也就是一个营的人员，其威力会超过一个军也就是三个师。2008年起，中国成了世界最大的温室气体排放国，大大地损害了中国民众，世界民众的健康。中外民主人士，普通百姓，爱好民主的人是一家，让我们携起手来，共同推进中国走向民主，世界走向和平吧。
Here we welcome all countries in the world to oppose the Communist regime including using military and liberate Chinese people. Start from 2010, once there is military conflict between Communist China and any one of the United States, Russia, Japan, India, Britain, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippine, Malaysia, Indonesia, Burma and etc, every country of them should destroy the two regime buildings of Communist Party Building and the Police Building in each county. In the 2010s, China has about 3,000 counties and 20,000 towns. These democratic countries above should find out the coordinate/longitude and latitude of those buildings now and once a war/conflict starts with Communist China, it is very possible to use air force, missile, or even artillery to destroy those regime buildings. To make this real, start from February 2016, every country above should broadcast to China and call 1.3 billion Chinese people uprising, and we should see effect in half a year after transmitting the democratic information by Internet and broadcasting to China. The government of the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Philippine and etc, using 100 people for every day broadcasting and 400 people for handling fighter, missile to prepare to destroy the Communist regime buildings in China, and the power/influence of this battalion will be much more than three divisions.
The words for broadcasting are like this: “The Communist regime in China has robbed Chinese people of the land, of the welfares of housing, medical care, etc., and has hurt people in the world. One day if we have conflict/war with Communist regime, we will destroy the two regime buildings, the Party Building and the Police Building, in multiple counties, and in multiple towns. We want Chinese people to get prepared. Once that happens, Chinese people should uprising and declare to form the Democratic Government of China! Chinese people should have the courage to regain the Four Fundamental Human Rights. Those are: 1. Land Right. Every Chinese is entitled to half an acre of land; upon one’s death, it does not pass to one’s children and it returns to the democratic government to give the later born people. 2. Welfare Right. Every Chinese is entitled to have the welfares of housing, food, education and medical care. 3. Voting Right. Every Chinese has the right to vote for the president, the governor, the mayor, the congress member of China. 4. Cash Right. All donations for Chinese people should be divided evenly among 1.3 billion Chinese people. 1989 Democratic Movement, Falun Gong, Christianity are all excellent. Let us overthrow the Communist regime and build a new Democratic China!” These words should be broadcasted to China one time every hour by each of the above countries. What the Communist regime fears the most is not the atom bomb; it is people’s uprising. Since 2008, Communist China has become the biggest greenhouse air emitting country and has made the global warming serious. It is the duty of the democratic government of the above countries like the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Philippine to reduce the power of the Communist regime and protect their own people. All people in the world who love democracy and peace, let us work together to remove the Chinese Communist regime, have a new democratic China and return peace to the world.
历史是一面镜子，告诉我们该怎么做。历史/民众从不肯定物质消耗或者富豪，肯定的是为民主，文化，科学有所努力的人。没有一分钱的杜甫，其人生意义是那些富豪的千万倍。唐朝的富豪是谁，今天谁也不知道了，但知道杜甫。一个人物质生活就需要使用面积40平方米的厨卫住房，每天1斤食品，清洁空气，清洁的水四样物质。除此之外，更多的物质消耗对人，环境都是有害无益。生产1公斤牛肉要消耗32吨水。而2000年以来中国上亿人得了高血脂，高血压，糖尿病等所谓富贵病，营养过剩。吃得过多与吃得过少同样有害。我们普通百姓没钱买饮料，更何况中共国的产品包括牛奶多是假冒伪劣，所以我们喝白开水，我们的革命也可以叫白开水革命，英语叫Plain Water Revolution。各位可以看看，在中国是农村人身体比城市人好，而农村人远没有消耗城市人那么多贵的食品。再看如果靠消耗更多物质真的对人的身心有益，中共高官，富豪早就万寿无疆了。人的快乐只能靠精神，这也是几千年的人类历史证明了的。我们普通百姓认为民主，信仰，名著，麻将，象棋，围棋，步行，乒乓球是人类8项优秀活动，因为它们基本上不消耗物质，不损害他人，就给自己，给别人带来了快乐。人生的意义不就是在不损害他人，不损害环境的条件下快乐吗？
今天我们就两个标准。判断我们生活好坏的标准是一个人平均每天工作/劳动1小时能否解决住房，食品，教育，医疗全部四项生存。判断我们的言行是否该进行的标准是设想13亿人来进行一人一票的表决，赞成票超过反对票，我们就去做；赞成票低于反对票，我们就不做。我们进行民主言行，包括发表这篇《中国全民革命篇》，也是设想13亿人中赞成我们发表的选票或超过反对我们发表的选票，所以我们才发表出来。中共团级（含）及以下人员，包括军队和地方，都该站在我们普通百姓这边。2010年代，在中国任何一个上百万人的团体，系统也好，地方也好，估计我们获得的赞成票都会超过反对票。就是说维护专制腐败的中共官员的确是极少数，也就是几万个家庭，有的甚至说，“中国就是两百个家庭在阻碍中国实现民主人权。”1949年以来大陆沦陷于中共专制，我们不知道什么时候能看到民主光复大陆。正是“王师北定中原日，家祭无忘告乃翁。”
这里我们希望13亿人广传我们的四项基本人权，八项优秀活动，早日实现民主人权的新中国，让民众健康愉快地生活。今天2010年代99%的中国人都愿意看到中共下台，所以民众争取民主人权的原因或理由不需要更多讲了，下面主要谈谈怎样进行。有人说，“中共2010年代有350万军队，含100万武警，还有约200万警察，约600万军警，我一个人赤手空拳，真的感到无能为力啊。”这样的想法是一个大误区，就是把个人放到解决本市，甚至全国问题的位置上。我刘蔚没有任何证书，身子弱，钱少，但谁也不会怀疑，如果中国有1亿个刘蔚，中共肯定在1年内垮台；而如果多数人还是想着给中共官员送礼，那中共的统治可以继续1万年。所以肯定地讲，中国的未来取决于13亿人的思想，与别的无关。再看看世界，东欧的民主革命为什么能够成功，而中国不能？东欧女人觉得生活不好了，上街游行，声讨政府；中国女人觉得生活不好了，回到家里，声讨老公。东欧父母绝不寄希望于子女在高考中获胜，以改变命运，中国父母在这方面怀有殷切希望。几十年来，中国的家庭完全成了中共反动派转嫁其掠夺全民后果的场所。
我有幸1970年代出生在四川一个贫困的家庭，而不是一个富有的家庭。贫困的家庭让我经历苦难，认识到中国需要革命，实现民主，从而让人生有声有色。如果是富有的家庭，我就是消耗更多物质，离革命道路更远，有什么意义？如上文述，到2016年2月我的博客就有800万的显示点击量。与800万人民币或美金相比，我情愿要800万的点击量。一个百万富翁，面临物价不断上涨，是会有很多烦恼的。你就是给我5个亿，人民币也好，美金也好，我都没兴趣要。我们的意思是说民众真该追求民主人权等精神，而不是物质/财富。当然民众有拿回被中共抢劫的物质的权利。
