History Election Theory is dangerous one                     

The History Election Theory is not a theory as we understand scientific theories because it does not hinge upon any hypothesis which can be tested. With that The History Election Theory also well known as History and People Election Theory is the doctrine that asserts the Chinese Communist Party derived the power to rule from history and people once for all and is not accountable to anyone or anything because history and people had elected the party to rule the people. Also that history and people had given the boss of the party the power to be the president of the state. Which in simpler terms means if once the party was in power the party’s boss was the president of the state and he had step down from the power the office automatically goes to his successor and no one can take it away. It doesn't matter if he has something morally wrong with him or that he is or is not capable of executing the office he is the party’s boss and has power amongst the people. The whole people of the country are bound to obey his ruler as they would the constitution and the law even if he is or is not fit for the office. The History Election Theory is the belief that history gave the Chinese Communist Party the power to rule the people one and for all.

The doctrine of History and People Election can be dangerous for both the party and the people. For the party it suggests that the party’s power is conferred and can therefore be removed by history and people；And for the people it implies that the party was elected by history and people once for all and may therefore rule the people forever.

历史选择论是危险的理论

历史选择论不是我们所理解的科学理论，因为它与可以检验的假设不沾边。历史选择论也称历史和人民选择论。该理论宣称，中共的统治权一劳永逸地来源于历史和人民，不必对其他任何人任何东西负责，因为历史和人民已经选择了该党来统治人民。该理论还宣称，历史和人民已经将担任国家主席职位的权利授予该党党魁。简单说，如果该党一旦掌权，党魁就是国家主席，他离职后那职位自动就落到他的接班人的头上，没人能够拿走它。不论他的道德和能力如何，只要他是党魁，他就拥有他人所没有的权力，不论是否适合担任主席，人民一定要像服从宪法和法律一样服从他的统治。历史选择论的信念认为历史一劳永逸地将统治人民的权利交给了共产党。

历史和人民选择论对党和人民都是危险的：对党的危险是，它暗示党的权力是被授予的，因而是可以被历史和人民剥夺的；对人民的危险是，它意味着党被历史和人民一劳永逸地选择了，因而可以永远统治人民。
