不仅如此，由于开发商与各方面领导建立了“特殊关系（行贿与索贿受贿关系）”，开发商在房产开发中的违规操作（坑害消费者与克扣建筑费用等）便受到各方面领导人所控制的各行政机构的袒护和纵容。从而将房地产行业引向黑社会化，形成公害并由此造成诸多社会问题。因此可以说，中国的房地产价格癌肿似地疯长与反动政治有着根本关系。
房价疯涨的根本原因就是——涨价首先使领导者收益，房价下降会使领导者利益受损，领导者会眼睁睁地看着自己的利益受损（房价下降）吗？至于党中央国务院关于“平抑房价”的假大空话，不过是欺人之谈；由于没有司法基础作保障、没有具体实施细则可供参照执行以及对出现问题的处理办法，加之没有监督机制、普通消费者受盘剥受肆虐而没有任何权力或办法抗争和维权；所以“平抑房价”仅仅是为了欺骗舆论、欺骗和愚弄人民。因为，党中央国务院领导者同样也害怕房价下降而使自己的利益受损，他们也要保护自己的既得利益而维持高房价；这也是反动政治的需要。
